Hallo Zusammen :-)
da ich aufgrund meines Medizinstudiums den Sommer im Ausland verbringen werde, vermiete ich mein schönes, helles & möbliertes WG-Zimmer von Ende Juni bis Ende August.
Die Lage ist super zentral im hippen zweiten Bezirk. Die zentrale U-bahn Linine (U2) ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso diverse Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants und Cafes.
Auch der schöne Karmelitermarkt ist fußläufig in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Der Donaukanal ist eine Ubahn-Station entfernt. Das Zentrum erreicht man mit der Ubahn in fünf Minuten. WU/Hauptuni sowie Meduniwien sind innerhalb von zehn Minuten erreichbar.
Mein Zimmer ist 14 qm groß, besitzt schöne hohe Wände (insbesondere im heißen Wiener Sommer ein großer Vorteil), sowie doppelt verglaste Fenster. Das ZImmer ist möbliert (Schreibtisch, Wandschrank, Doppelbett etc.).
Meine Mitbwohner sind suuuuper nett, sympathisch und unkompliziert. Anna studiert Geschichte, Simon physik und Joanne Kulturwissenschaften. Die WG besitzt auch einen Balkon :-)
