I’ve got a room to rent from 01.08.2019. The furniture could be acquired by the whole or per piece if necessary, for a cost(Ablöse). We can discuss.
Monthly cost at the moment is €333.5 everything included (€290 Miete + Versicherung, €11.5 Internet, €32 Wien Energie).
The deposit(Kaution) is €1000.
The room is in a shared flat with 2 other students, on Paffrathgasse in the 2nd district. Flat is on the top floor with elevator, between the Canal and meadows of Prater(Jesuitenwiese).
As it could be seen from the photos, the entrance to the room is through a curtain, a wall (and therefore a door) is lacking, however it is not a room where anyone else must walk through(kein Durchgangzimmer).
Pets are allowed, but the cat in the photos(only pet we have) is leaving with me.
Smoking in the room is allowed, however until now nobody who stayed in the room has smoked. Smoking is also allowed in the kitchen.
The white cupboards at the outside of the curtain belong to the room, apart from the middle two which lead to a roommate’s room.
A contract(Mietvertrag) will be signed with the owner of the apartment (necessary for getting a “Meldezettel”).
Public transport lets you directly reach to Uni Wien(1 Tram), TU Wien(4A Bus), Prater(80A Bus). WU is also close-by.
There’s a Billa (5min of walking) and Hofer (10min of walking).
I will leave the bed, with all of it's components and two bookshelves for a total of 50€ in the room. If you don't need the bed or the bookshelves, we can discuss.
