As one of our flatmates is moving out of Austria, from mid-January a room will be available in our apartment. The room is pretty small but very quiet, well equipped, with a high bed and high ceilings. The room costs 280 EUR inclusive of all additional expenses (heating, electricity, gas, internet). It’s perfect for somebody who doesn’t want to spend much, who wants to enjoy a shared apartment and live in a beautiful Viennese neighbourhood.

Nachdem einer unser Mitbewohner Österreich verlässt, wird ab Mitte Jänner ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung frei. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein aber sehr ruhig, gut ausgestattet, hohe Raumhöhe und Hochbett. Das Zimmer kostet inklusivee aller Extrakosten wie Storm, Heizung und Gas 280 Euro. Es ist also perfekt für jemanden der nicht viel Geld ausgeben will, gefallen an einer WG in einem schönen Wiener Bezirk findet.

-Möbel: 350€ (2 Kästen, 1 Wandregal, 1 Schreibtisch, selbst gebautes Hochbett inklusive Matratze und Leiter)

The house is located in the second district, really close to U1, U2, U4, and tram 2, bus 5a and 5b. Super near to Karmelitermarkt, the Augarten, the Prater, the Donaukanal, as well as many cool restaurants and cafes. Within 20 minutes you are at the main university, 10 minutes to the first district. Around the corner you can find many supermarkets (Hofer, Billa, Penny, Spar, Bipa, Denn’s..).

In unserer Umgebung gibt es den wunderschönen Karmelitermarkt, den Augarten, den grünen Prater, den Donaukanal. 20 Minuten zur Hauptuni, 10 Minuten in den ersten Bezirk. Gleich um die Ecke findest du auch alle möglichen Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer, Penny, Bipa, Denn’s, …).
In der WG wohnen zurzeit Marius 26, Johanna 28 und Teresa 27. Wir reden, kochen, essen, lachen, machen gerne Sachen, miteinander, aber auch jeder so für sich. Wir sind keine Zweck- WG, aber brauchen schon auch unseren Raum. Wir freuen uns über einen neuen Menschen, der sich bei uns wohl fühlt und umgekehrt.

We like to get to know who we live with, but we also like having our own space.
