Das Zimmer hat ca. 16m² und möbliert mit einem Einzelbett + Matratze (neu) + 2 große Kleiderkasten und einem kleinen Tisch, kann als Nachttisch verwendet werden. Sonst gibt es noch einen Teppich und eine Tischlampe im Zimmer.
Dafür wird keine Ablöse verlangt, da dies meine Möbel sind (nur Kaution also, bitte rücksichtsvoll wie eigene Möbel verwenden). Man kann natürlich auch eigene (zusätzliche) Möbel reinstellen, dafür ist noch genug Platz!
Die Wohnung ist groß (83m²), großzügig geschnitten, mit super Infrastruktur und hat auch eine Loggia von 7m²! Es befindet sich im 5. Stock, jedoch gibt es einen Lift im Haus. Das Vorzimmer hat super viel Stauraum und ist mit allen Zimmern verbunden.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allen Geräten: Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Airfryer, Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waffle Maker, Reiskocher, Sodastream uuuuuuuuuund Geschirrspüler!
Bad und WC sind getrennt. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne, die auch als Dusche fungieren kann.
Sonst gibt es das Wohnzimmer, welches ich teilweise auch verwende, da dort mein Schreibtisch und Desktop sich befinden. Trotzdem kannst du es natürlich auch verwenden!

The room will be newly rented out as I also just moved in.
Approximately 16m² room, but fully furnished with a single bed and mattress (same as mine, new!) and two large clothing wardrobes for all your clothes and a small desk. Those are my furnitures, so you will not have to pay me a transfer fee (just the deposit, so please take care in using them!). There's also a carpet and desk lamp for your convenience. You can also put your own (additional) furniture, there's plenty of room.
The flat itself is 83m² large, generously structured and also has a 7m² Loggia (enclosed balcony, which has a lot of plants, so it's like a winter garden), where a Table Is located to just enjoy breakfast or any kind of food.
The flat is located on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator in the house. The anteroom has a lot of storage space and is connected to all rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the following: refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, oven, airfryer, waffle maker, filter coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, Sodastream aaaaaaaaand of course the dish washer!
Further, the living room is partially used by me, as my desk and desktop are located there. Still, you can use it, of course.
Perfekte Lage:
Ubahn/Bus 3 Minuten zu Fuß, Shopping Center in der Nähe (Stadion Center) und sonst gibt es noch weitere Supermärkte, Post, Apotheke.
WU Campus zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten erreichbar, oder 1-2 U-Bahn Stationen.
Sonst gibt es noch den Prater für ein Stückchen Natur oder auch Coffeeshops in der Nähe.
In die Stadt kommt man schnell, innerhalb von 10 Minuten (U2 Verbindung).

Subway/bus is 3 minutes by foot, nearby: Shopping center (Stadion Center) and groceries, post, pharmacy are also in the neighbourhood.
WU Campus is nearby (10 Mins walk) or 1-2 subway stations.
Otherwise there is the Prater for a stroll in the nature or coffee shops for relaxation.
The city can be reached quickly within 10 minutes (U2 connection).

Ich arbeite unterschiedlich lang, deswegen freue ich mich über einen Zuwachs in der Wohnung! Ich würde mich über eine rücksichtsvolle Person freuen, da ich selber auch viel WG-Erfahrung besitze und jemanden suche, der zu mir und der Wohnung passen würde. In der Wohnung bin ich wochentags selten, da ich spät arbeite. Nach der Arbeit freue ich mich manchmal auf einen Plausch, Klatsch und Tratsch und einfach Relaxen - ein Glas Wein oder ein Bier darf es auch sein.
Wenn ich nicht arbeite, dann reise ich gerne oder verbringe Zeit mit Lesen, Netflix und ab und zu Sport. Ich gehe gerne zu diversen Events (Konzerte, Museen, etc) und erkundige die Stadt. Es wäre toll, wenn jemand auch dieselben Interessen hätte und auch Interesse an gemeinsames Leben.

I work mostly long hours, therefore I am happy about someone else joining me in the apartment! I would be pleased about a considerate person, because I also have a lot of flatshare experience and am looking for someone who would be a good fit for me and the apartment. I am seldom in the flat during weekdays, because I work late. After work I sometimes look forward to a chat, gossip and gossip and just relax - a glass of wine or a beer is fine too.
When I'm not working, I like to travel or spend time reading, Netflix and occasionally doing sports. I like to go to various events (concerts, museums, etc) and explore the city - would love to have someone else be interested in the same things as I am.
