In unserer 6-WG im 5. Bezirk, Wehrgasse (Nähe Naschmarkt) wird ab Mitte September / anfang Oktober ein Zimmer frei und wir - dann 5: Birgit, Till, Verena, Ali, Steve - suchen eine neue nette, angenehme Mitbewohnerin*.

Ganz kurz zu uns: Wir sind alle schon ein bisschen älter (30 bis gut 40), teils hetero, teils queer und hätten gerne eine Mitbewohnerin* für längerfristig. Wir schätzen ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben - gerne mal gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer abhängen, reden, Wein trinken, spielen oder gemeinsam Serien schauen, gerne auch mal was unternehmen - aber auch mit viel Respekt vor Privatsphäre, Ruhe- und Arbeitsbedürfnissen. Wir sind alle lohnarbeitend oder schlagen uns mit dem AMS herum. Wir haben einen Putzplan, gemeinsame Grundnahrungsmittel (aber auch jeweils eigene Lebensmittel) und hin und wieder machen wir WG-Treffen. Du solltest eine Vorstellung davon haben, dass es in einer WG auch Verantwortlichkeiten gibt,damit das ganze funktioniert. Das Zimmer hat eine Dachschräge. Im Sommer kann es hier etwas wärmer werden. Ansonsten hat das Zimmer ca. 15 qm und kostet ca. 300 Euro (inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet), Kaution sind 800 Euro. Man kann sich sonst auch im Wohnzimmer aufhalten, wo auch geraucht werden darf. Aufgrund von Tierhaarallergien, bitte keine Katzen- oder Hundebesitzerinnen*. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was mensch so braucht: Geschirrspüler, Badewanne, WaMa, Fernseher, Playstation, Sofas, Bücherregale, einen Schrankraum, 2 Kellerabteile. Es gibt ein Bad und ein WC. In our shared flat in the 5th district, Wehrgasse (close to 'Naschmarkt') there will be a free room from mid of September/start of October and we - then 5 (2 male, 3 female): Birgit, Till, Verena, Ali and Steve - are looking for a new kind, friendly, funny, interesting longterm flatmate.
Some words about us: We are already a bit older (30 to 40) and would like a flat mate for a longer-term. We appreciate an uncomplicated life together - spending time together in the living room, talking, drinking wine, playing games or watching series but also sometimes doing things together outside of the flat - but at the same time keeping much respect of private life, silence- and working requirements. We are all wage workers or are in contact with the austrian employment market service. We have a cleaning plan, basic foodstuff that are used in common but also individually bought and consumed food. We should point out that we are neither vegetarians nor vegan. From time to time we have meetings to talk financials etc. You should have an idea about responsibilities in flat share comunities and be motivated to be an active part of it. The room has a roof window, in summer temperatures go up in this room. Your romm has a size of about 15m2 and costs of about Eur. 300 Eur. (including electricity, gas and internet), the deposit is Eur. 800. It is accepted to smoke in the living room but also in your room if you wish to. Due to allergies to animal hair, please no owners of cats and dogs. Furthermore the flat has every important feature: dish washer, bathtub, washing machine, TV, playstation, sofas, book shelfs, cabinet space, 2 cellar compartments.
