I rent a room in the 5th district (near Karlsplatz) from 1. March. Our apartment is 75sqm in size and consists of 4 rooms (3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom, and toilet).
The room is 11sqm in size and fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, commode, sofa, sofa-table, chair and desk. The monthly rent is 300 € (warm, with internet), deposit: 850 €. ( )
PS: A prerequisite is that the new flatmate should take over the rental agreement for the apartment. That means you will be the main tenant of the apartment.
