Ich vermiete im September mein Zimmer (14m²) in unserer wunderschönen 2er WG - also IDEAL für dich wenn du ein Dach über dem Kopf suchst während du noch auf Wohnungssuche für das Semester bist oder im September ein Praktikum in Wien machst, etc ;)
Das Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet: mit großem Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kleiderschrank, etc.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich unser großes Wohnzimmer inkl. moderner voll ausgestatteter Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), 2 Sofas zum Relaxen und einem großen Esstisch wo man auch mal Freunde einladen kann. Aja, eine Waschmaschine haben wir natürlich auch.

I rent out my room (14m²) in our wonderful 2 person flatshare for the month of september - so it's IDEAL for you if you need a place to stay while searching for a room for the semester or if you do a one month internship in Vienna, etc ;)
The room is fully equipped with everything you need: comfy bed, desk, shelf, wardrobe, etc.
The highlight of the flat is our big kitchen/living area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), 2 sofas for relaxing and a dining table. Our bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Herzen des 5. Bezirks beim Siebenbrunnenplatz mit seinem internationalen Flair :)
U4 Pilgramgasse 2min mit dem Bus oder ~7min Gehminuten entfernt / Busse 14A, 59A und 12A quasi vor der Haustür. Im Zentrum ist man somit in ca. 10min.
Alle Geschäfte (Billa, dm, Libro, etc.) sind gleich um die Ecke und auch kulinarisch ist man mit diversem Fastfood (Chinese, Kebap, Pizza) gut versorgt ;)

The flat is situated in the heart of the 5th district with its international flair :)
The metro U4 is 2min by bus or ~7min by foot away. The bus lines 14A, 59A, 12A depart basically in front of the door. It takes you approx. 10min to the city center.
All kind of shops (incl supermarket) are basically around the corner and a lot of fast food stands are around.
Du wirst mit meiner supertollen Mitbewohnerin Lisa zusammen leben. Sie studiert Tourismusmanagement an der FH, ist 21 Jahre alt, immer gut gelaunt und trinkt am Abend gerne mal ein gemeinsames Bier ;)
