Die Wohnung misst insgesamt 80m² (inklusive Balkon) und besteht aus drei Zimmern. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Herd. WC und Bad sind getrennt und alle Räume aus dem Vorraum getrennt begehbar. Das betreffende Zimmer fasst 10m², wobei auch ein Teil des Abstellraumes und eines großen Kastens in einem anderen Raum als Stauraum genutzt werden kann. Ein 140er-Bett geht sich in diesem Zimmer gut aus. Es sind außerdem bereits ein paar kleinere Möbel in dem Zimmer, die dir zur freien Verfügung stehen. Für gemütliches Zusammensitzen im Sommer gibt es einen kleinen Balkon (6m²).
Room
The flat is 80m² big (inculuding the balcony) and has three rooms. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom and the toilet are seperat. Your room is 10m² big, so there is room for a 140cm bed. There is a small closet already in there. Additionally you can store some of your stuff in the store room and in the huge closet in one of the other rooms. For a chilled night evening during the summer we have a small balcony (6m²).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Matzleinsdorferplatz und die Haltestellen für die Busse 12A und 14A sind 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die U4 Station Margaretengürtel ist zu Fuß etwa 15 min entfernt. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Supermarkt SPAR befindet sich direkt im nächsten Häuserblock, andere Supermärkte sind in Gehreichweite.
Location
The flat is located near Matzleinsdorferplatz and the bus stations 12A and 14A are about three minutes away. The U4 station Pilgramgasse is about 15 minutes away (by foot). The main train station is reachable within 15-20 minutes.There is a supermarket (SPAR) around the corner as well as some other supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance.
Ich (Jana) arbeite aktuell als Lehrerin an einer Neuen Mittelschule (über Teach for Austria), meine Mitbewohnerin (Silvana) studiert derzeit Internationale Entwicklung im Master. Wir haben kein Interesse an einer Zweck WG und würden uns daher über ein freundschaftliches Miteinander freuen - gemeinsam kochen, zusammensitzen bei einem Glas Bier oder Tee und gemütlich plaudern. Da wir beide sehr vielbeschäftigt sind, soll die gemeinsame Wohnung aber auch ein Erholungsort für uns 3 sein, weshalb wir ausgelassenes Feiern eher nach auswärts verlagern wollen. Damit sich außerdem alle wohl fühlen wünschen wir uns eine Sexismus-Homophobie-Rassismus-(und alle sonstigen Formen der Diskriminierung)- freie Zone in unserer WG :D.
Life in the WG
I (Jana) am working as a teacher at the moment and my flatmate (Silvana) is studying International Development at the main university in Vienna. We don’t want a Zweck-Wg, which means that we don’t just share this flat but also like to spend time together – wether that’s cooking, going for a walk or having a chat over a nice cup of tea/coffee/beer/wine (or any other beverage you can think of). Since we are both pretty busy in our everyday life, we like to use this flat as a recreational space, which is why we usually do our crazy partying outside of the house 😉. Also, since we would like everyone to feel comfortable we’d like this flat to be a sexism-racism-homophobia (and any other forms of discrimination)-free zone 😀.
Dein Raum ist bis auf einen kleinen Schrank und ein Regalbrett unmöbliert. Außerdem wäre in meinem (Janas) Zimmer (das auch als Esszimmer verwendet wird) Platz für eine etwaige Couch/Kuschelecke, falls du derartige Möbel mitbringen möchtest. Wir planen auch eine Waschmaschine anzuschaffen - falls du bereits eine hast, kannst du die also gerne mitnehmen :)

Additional Info
Your room has no furniture except a board on the wall and a small closet. There is some room in my (Jana’s) room for a couch/cuddle corner, if you have any furniture in that direction that you would like to add. We are also planning on getting a washing machine, so if you already have one you are more than welcome to bring it with you 😉
