Eigentlich ab sofort beziehbar, spätestens aber ab Anfang Februar ☺️
Das Zimmer ist ca 14m² groß und vor wenigen Monaten neu ausgemalt worden. Es ist voll möbliert und wird auch nur so weitergegeben (daher auch die Ablöse). Durch 1 großes Fenster ist es sehr hell und freundlich. Das Bett (ohne Matratze) mit den Schubladen bietet zusätzlich jede Menge Stauraum, genauso wie der Kleiderschrank und das Regal.
Ansonsten ist das Zimmer recht ruhig, gemütlich und man kann sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. :-)
Ich selbst bin erst im April in das Zimmer eingezogen, daher ist das Bett eigentlich komplett neu, die restlichen Möbel sind auch in gutem Zustand. :-)

The room is about 14m² and repainted in April. There is a big window, which makes the room bright and really friendly.
It's fully furnished with a bed (including a lot of storage), a desk, a wardrobe and a shelf. (furniture release) - not rentable furniture.
Furthermore the room is really nice and calm so it's really comfortable. :-)
I just moved into the flat last April, so the bed is more or less completely new and also the other furniture is in good condition. :-)
Anbindung an die Öffis: 2 Minuten Fußweg zur U4 und 3-5 Minuten zu den Bussen 14A, 13A, 12A, 59A
Geschäfte: die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten entfernt von der Ubahn-Station Kettenbrückengasse, also gibt es am Naschmarkt jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Billa, Hofer und Spar sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Auch Bipa, DM und jede Menge andere Geschäfte sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß, bzw mit dem Bus 14A ist man auf der Maria-Hilfer-Straße, wo auch jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind. Kurz gesagt - innerhalb weniger Minuten hat man alles, was man braucht :D
Public Transfer: The room is about 2 minutes walk away from the U4 and 3-5 minutes from busses 12A, 13A, 14A and 59A.
There are a lot of shops and restaurants, as well as bars around the flat. You can reach everything within 5-10 Minutes walk. For example Maria-Hilfer-Straße ist just 10 minutes walking-distance.
Du hast 2 Mitbewohnerinnen, eine aus England, die andere ursprünglich aus Finnland. Beide arbeiten,sind sehr angenehme Mitbewohnerinnen, nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander und achten auf ein entspanntes Zusammenleben. :-)
Die Wohnung besteht aus Badezimmer mit Badewanne (+Duschvorhang=Dusche), separatem WC, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, einem großen gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, Vorraum (inkl. Stauraum). Die Aufteilung ist perfekt, sodass für alles mehr als genug Platz da ist. Zusätzlich: nagelneue Waschmaschine + FUßBODENHEIZUNG, was gerade im Winter wirklich toll ist. :-)
You'll have 2 flat mates, one from England, one from Finnland. Both are working and really pleasant and thoughtful flatmates, who care a lot about a nice and realxing living together.
The flat itsselfs has a bathroom with a bathtub (most of the time used as a shower :-)). Additionally there is a separate toilett, a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, a really nice living room, and a little storage room.
There is also a complete new washing machine and FLOORHEATING (especially enjoyable in winter) :-)
Ganz kurz: Die Wohnung ist wirklich super und ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen. Du bekommst eine tolle Wohnung, nette Mitbewohnerinnen, super Lage direkt am Naschmarkt, etc. :D
Wichtig ist uns jedoch, dass du nicht nur ein paar Wochen oder Monate bleiben möchtest, sondern etwas längerfristiges suchst. (Im Optimalfall bist du berufstätig und genießt das Zusammenleben mit anderen in einer WG)

Just a short summary: the flat is really perfect and I can absolutely recommend living there. You'll get a great place to live, nice flatmates and a more than perfect location next to Naschmarkt.
For us it’s important that you really plan to stay longer hab a few weeks or months. Best case is you being a professional who enjoys living together with others in a shared flat. ☺️
