Meine Mitbewohnerin verlässt mich leider für ein paar Monate, und hinterlässt ihr wunderschön eingerichtetes Zimmer im 5. Bezirk.
Das Zimmer ist ca 25qm groß, hell und komplett möbliert.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, Küche (Gasherd+Gasofen), einem kleinen Bad (Badewanne) und separater Toilette. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner steht im Keller für alle Hausbewohner zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, zwei Sessel, einen Tisch... Seht ihr alles auf den Fotos ;)
Auch die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Sie sieht etwas oldschool aus, aber wir finden dass hat echt Charme :D
Das Haus hat eine Dachterrasse, die jeder Hausbewohner mitbenutzen kann.

Sadly, my roomie is leaving me for a couple of months. Her room is apprx. 25sqm, light and fully furnished.
The flat has two rooms, a kitchen (gas stove + oven), a small bathroom (incl a bath tub) and a separate toilette. There's a common washing machine and dryer in the basement that everybody can use.
The room has a big double bed, and all furniture you may desire, just look at the photos haha :)
Kitchen is also fully equipped. We love the retro look haha
The house also has a rooftop terrace that everyone can use.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen den Haltestellen Laurenzgasse und Kliebergasse und hat daher perfekte Anbindung an die Tramlinien 1, 62, 18 und die Badner Bahn. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen und somit ist auch die U1 nicht weit entfernt.
Bus 12A und 13A sind auch in der Nähe.
Direkt um die Ecke sind zwei Billa, ein kleines Stückchen weiter ist ein Eurospar und DM sowie mehrere Bäcker und kleinere Geschäfte an der Wiedner Hauptstraße entlang. Man hat also wirklich alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Direkte Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße sind sehr schlecht, es gibt allerdings um die Ecke ein Parkhaus wo man halbwegs preisgünstig Monatskarten kaufen kann.

The flat is located right between the tram stops Kliebergasse and Laurenzgasse and hence is perfectly connected to lines 1, 18, 62 and Badner Bahn. Vienna Mainstation is only a 10 minutes walk away and so the U1 is very close, too. Busses 12A and 13A are also nearby.
There are several supermarkets just around the corner including a drug store and a bakery and more just a couple minutes away.
There are no real parking possibilities in the street, but there's a garage just around the corner where one can buy monthly parking tickets.
Ich bin 23 und mache derzeit meinen Master in Internationalen Studien hier in Wien. Ich bin ziemlich beschäftigt mit der Uni, lerne aber auch sehr gerne zu Hause. Ich suche daher jemanden der auch eher nach einer ruhigen und gemütlichen (und sauberen ;) )WG sucht. Dazu kommt, dass bei uns im Haus mehrere ältere Leute wohnen, d.h es ist schön ruhig hier, allerdings heißt dass auch dass wir hier definitiv keine Parties veranstalten können.
Ich bin immer gerne bei einem Glas Wein nach einem langen Tag dabei und liebe es zu kochen, bin aber nicht so die Partymaus ;)
Bitte nur Nichtraucher. Auch keine Gelegenheitsraucher.

I'm 23 and currently doing my masters in international studies here in Vienna. I'm quite busy with uni and also like to study at home. I'm therefore looking for somebody who's also preferring a quiet and cosy (and clean! :D) flat. There are several older people living in the house, thus, it's really quiet here but it also means that there are definitely no parties in our house/flat. I'm always up for a glas of wine and I love to cook, but I'm not a crazy party animal.
Please only non-smoker. Also no "occasional" smokers please.
Miete ist 450 inkl Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Internet. Es sei denn, wir übertreiben es mit dem Strom und Wasser.
