Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 10m2 groß und wird unmöbliert vermietet - das Hochbett (140x200) kann gerne übernommen werden. :) Durch das Hochbett wird der Platz im Zimmer optimal genützt, weshalb alle wichtigen Möbel gut untergebracht werden können. Durch die hohe Decke kann man gemütlich im Bett oben sitzen, ohne sich den Kopf zu stoßen. Mit Blick in den Innenhof hat man fast immer Ruhe und kann ohne Probleme mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Die Lage unserer WG ist sehr gut. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte (Billa, Hofer, Apotheke etc.) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wenige Minuten entfernt ist die Haltestelle Fendigasse mit der Buslinie 14A Richtung Reumannplatz und Neubaugasse. Der Matzleinsdorfer Platz ist für schnelle Geher in 7 Minuten zu erreichen und von dort fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 1,6,18,62 und die Badnerbahn und andere S-Bahnzüge in alle Ecken Wiens. Die Nächste U-Bahn Station ist die Pilgramgasse die zu Fuß in ca. 10 min und mit der Buslinie 14A in 5 min zu erreichen ist.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Lisa, 22 aus Kärnten und Linda, 24 aus Vorarlberg. Lisa arbeitet als Sozialpädagogin und Linda studiert Kommunikationsmanagement. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, sind kommunikativ und genießen gemeinsame Film- oder Cocktailabende. Es uns SEHR wichtig, dass du am WG Leben teilnimmst, offen, und freundlich bist. Die VögeleWG freut sich auf dich.
