Ich bin für ca 4 Wochen im Ausland und würde gerne mein Zimmer einer Person hinterlassen, die es bewohnt und die auf meine Pflanzen schaut.
Ich habe zwei super liebe und umgängliche Mitbewohner (Anne, 39 ist Graphikerin und Thomas 33 ist Master of Disaster :D).
Es gibt eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Supermärkte gibt es hier mehrere in der näheren Umgebung.
Im Preis ist alles mit inbegriffen. Mein Mitbewohner hat darauf bestanden, das schnellst mögliche Internet zu haben ;)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Regal und ich werde dir in meinem Kleiderschrank etwas Platz verschaffen.
Da es sich hier nicht um eine klassische Studenten-WG handelt werde ich Leute mit etwas mehr Lebenserfahrung bevorzugen ;)

Hi there :)
I will be abroad for 4 weeks from end of January on and would like to have someone take care of my room and my plants.
I have two really nice and easy-going roommates (Anne, 39 is a graphic designer and Thomas 33 is Master of Disaster: D).
There is very good connection to the public transport and there are several supermarkets near by.
Everything is included in the price. My roommate insisted on having the fastest possible internet;)
The room is furnished with a bed, a desk and a shelf and I will make some space in my wardrobe for you.
Since both my flatmates are no students anymor (although still finding out what they want to do with their life) I'll prefer someone who is past their 20s (I whish I would still be 18.... :D)
