Hey there!
To rent are my two beautiful rooms (5. district between Kettenbrückengasse & Pilgramgasse), bc i'm travelling for the summer. It's one Work-/Livingroom (Steven walks through sometimes, to get to his room), and an extra room only for sleeping (there is just a portal, with no door, but nobody can see in, and steven is anyway sneaking very cautiously, if he has to go through the other room). Both rooms (and windows) face the yard, so you can sleep in to the gentle noise of the tree in front of the window. My plants will keep you good company.
With you there will be living Leah and Steven, both of them i love a lot (hey you 2 <3)
The flat tends to be very lively, and we like it like that!
You can be everything, except for an asshole (Right wing, trans-/homo-/xenophobic)
When you enter the flat, there is a kind of Living-/Dinnerroom, which can be used by everbody.
In the morning, you can sit in the sun on the best seat for breakfast. And you don't even have to be quick, bc everybody else will either be still asleep, or out of the house in most cases.
Of Course there's a kitchen, bathroom with shower, and extra toilet, also dishwasher, washing machine and rice cooker.

Zu vermieten sind meine wunderschönen 2 Zimmer (5. Bezirk zwischen Kettenbrücken- und Pilgramgasse), da ich den Sommer über unterwegs bin. Es ist ein Wohn/Arbeitszimmer (dieses ist ein Durchgangszimmer), und ein Schlafzimmer ( zum Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Durchgang ohne tür, aber man sieht nicht hinein, und Steven schleicht eh aufs leisesten Sohlen, wenn er durch dein Wohnzimmer muss). Beide Zimmer gehen zum Hof raus, du kannst also zum Rauschen des Baumes vor dem Fenster einschlafen. Meine Pflanzen leisten dir außerdem gern Gesellschaft.
Mit dir wohnen Steven und Leah, beide lieb ich sehr (hallo ihr 2 <3).
Es ist in der Regel viel Leben in der Wohnung, und wir mögen das so!
Du kannst alles sein, außer ein Arschloch (Rechts, Trans-/Homo-/Fremdenfeindlich).
Es gibt im Eingangsbereich ein Wohn-/Esszimmer, gleich neben der großen Küche, das von allen genutzt wird. Morgens scheint die Sonne zum Frühstück auf den schönsten Platz, und um den zu ergattern, musst du meistens nicht mal schnell sein, denn entweder sind schon alle aus dem Haus, oder schlafen länger (sorry sebastian, es ist 2019).
Küche gibts, bad auch, klo seperat, gemeinsamer vorraum, gestaltungsmöglichkeiten (undefinierter raum), wasch-spül-und reismaschine.
