Da ich nach fast 2 1/2 Jahren aus unserer wunderschönen Wohnung ausziehe wird ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist gemütliche 10 qm groß und liegt quasi im hinteren Ende der Wohnung, also sehr gut, wenn man ein bisschen mehr Ruhe möchte. Das Zimmer ist leer, aber es gibt durch meinen Auszug eventuell noch ein paar Sachen, die übernommen werden können, wie z.B. ein Schrank, Tisch oder eine Kleiderstange.
Auch wenn das Zimmer nur ein Fenster, aber es ist dennoch sehr hell mit Morgensonne und ist das kühlste Zimmer wenn es im Sommer mal heisser wird :)
Das Zimmer ist kein Durchgangszimmer, aber du musst durch Ivanas Zimmer, wenn du in die Küche möchtest. Das gute ist aber, dass die Wohnung zwei Eingänge hat, und du immer auch durch den hinteren Ausgang in die Küche, Wohnzimmer und überall hinkommst.
Die Wohnung selber hat knappe 131m2, zwei Bäder, eins mit Dusche (das liegt direkt neben deinem Zimmer), eins mit Bad, zwei Klos und ein wunderschönes großes Wohnzimmer. Küche sowohl als Bad hat alles was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Sandwich Maker, Mixer. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir einen großen Fernseher, die bequemste Couch Wiens, Darts, und einen Beamer (ziemlich crazy oder?)
Since I am moving out of our awesome apartment after almost 2 1/2 years, my roommates are looking for a new roommate :)
The room is a cozy 10 square meters big and is sort of at the furthest end of the apartment, so very good if you like it quiet once in a while. The room is empty, but there are some things that could possibly be taken over since I am moving out such as a cupboard, table or a clothes rail.
Although the room has only one window, it is still very bright and pleasant, with sun in the morning and has the coolest temperature of all the rooms if it gets a bit hotter in summer :)
The room is not a passage room, but you need to go through Ivana's room if you want to go to the kitchen. Good thing though is, that the apartment has two entry doors and you can also get to the kitchen, living room and everything else through the second entrance.
The apartment itself has 131m2, two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower (which is right next to your room), one with a bathroom, two toilets and a beautiful large living room. Kitchen as well as the bathroom have everything you need, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, sandwich maker, blender. In the living room we have a large TV, the most comfortable couch in Vienna, darts, and a beamer (pretty crazy right?...i know)
Die Lage ist zentral, in 10 Minuten ist man mit der Strassenbahn bei der Oper und zur Strassenbahn braucht man 4 Minuten zu Fuß (dort Fahren die Linien 1, 62 und die Badner Bahn also muss man nie lange warten), die Sbahn Matzleinsdorfer Platz ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in der Nähe (Billa ist 2 Minuten entfernt, Spar 4 Minuten und Hofer 5 Minuten und das beste ist wir haben einen Türken gleich um die Ecke, der öfter auch bis 23 Uhr offen hat , was super ist wenn man zu später Stunde noch ein wenig Durst bekommt)
The location is central, it takes 10 minutes with the tram to reach the Opera and it takes you 4 minutes to walk to the tram station (lines 1, 62, and Badner Bahn go there, so you will never have to wait long for one to come), the Sbahn Matzleinsdorfer Platz is 8 minutes away. There are lots of supermarkets nearby (Billa-2minutes, Spar-4 minutes, and Hofer -5minutes and we also have a Turkish supermarket which is often open until 11pm, which is great if you get thirsty at night.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Mak, 25, studiert bald Wirtschaftsrecht im Master, ist leidenschaftlicher Basketballer und arbeitet nebenbei, Ivana, 23 studiert Umwelt- und Bioressourcenmanagement an der Boku, liebt Hip Hop und tanzen allgemein und Mislav, 25, studiert IBWL an der WU und spielt auch Basketball, reist sehr gerne und ist für jeden Spaß zu haben. Während der Prüfungsphasen wird viel gelernt und man zieht sich öfter in seine Zimmer zurück oder lernt zusammen auf der Bibliothek, aber ansonsten macht man auch was zusammen, sei es kochen, in unserem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer abhängen, fernschauen, Netflix bingen oder zusammen was in der Stadt.
Wir suchen eine/n ordentliche/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die auch mal was unternimmt und sich nicht immer im Zimmer einschließt, aber natürlich ist das auch in Ordnung, wenn viel gelernt wird oder man einfach mal Ruhe braucht. Etwas WG Erfahrung wäre super, damit es nicht zu viele Probleme und Ungereimtheiten gibt.
Wir sind aber alle sehr offene Menschen und hoffen, dass du das auch bist.
Your roommates are Mak, 25, will soon study Business Law in his Master, loves basketball and also works part-time, Ivana, 23, studies Environment and Bioressource Management at BOKU, loves Hip Hop and dancing in general and Mislav, 25, studies international business at the WU, also plays basketball, loves to travel and is always up for something fun. During exam periods, everybody is studying a lot and we don't hang out as much. If there are no exams, we often hang out in our gorgeous living room, sometimes cook together, watch TV or Netflix or if we're in the mood, go out and dance through the night
We're looking for someone who is tidy, who wants to do something occasionally and doesn't shut him/herself in their room all the time, but that's okay, of course if you want some peace and quiet.
It would be great if you already have some experience living with roommates, so we don't have too many issues with each other.
We are all very open-minded and relaxed people and hope that you are, too
Das Zimmer ist prinzpiell ab jetzt, also Mitte Juli, beziehbar, da ich nicht mehr drin wohne, aber sind da relativ flexibel, wäre auch okay wenn du erst Anfang oder Mitte August einziehen kannst. Kann man alles besprechen ;)
Schreibt uns am besten hier direkt über die Seite eine Nachricht, damit wir nicht in drei verschiedenen Orten nachschauen müssen. Wenn ihr FB oder ähnliches habt, bitte gerne mit angeben, dann kann man sich meistens ein besseres Bild machen.

You can already move into the room from the middle of July since I no longer live there, but we are quite flexible and if you can only move in from the beginning or middle of August, that's fine, too. We can definitely find a solution! ;)
