Hallo, da ich ab April ausziehe suche ich eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer, in der sanierten 78m²-Altbauwohnung. Das unmöblierte Zimmer hat ca. 24m², ist hell und getrennt begehbar.
Im Preis von € 431 ist alles inkludiert - Strom, Gas und Internet. Die € 100 Ablöse bezieht sich auf die Waschmaschine. Die Kaution beträgt € 900.
Die gesamte Wohnung (abgesehen von den Nassräumen und der Küche) hat Fischgrät Parkettboden, hohe Decken (3,5m) und die schönen originalen Flügeltüren.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank + Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle. Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, WC ist separat.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und hat gute Verkehrsanbindungen.
Bus: 12A, 13A, 14A, 59A Stationen sind ca. 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar.
U-Bahn: U4-Station Margaretengürtel ist ca. 10min entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Hofer und Spar sind fast um die Ecke; Billa, dm und Bipa ca. 10min zu Fuß.
Es ist keine Party-WG, da beide Mitbewohner (22- und 24-Jahre alt) viel lernen und lesen, ist es wichtig dass es recht ruhig ist. Trotzdem sollte aber eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre herrschen bei der man abends gerne mal zusammen kocht oder was trinkt.
