Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Im schönen 5.Bezirk wird Anfang Juli mein 11m2 "kleines" aber gemütliches und zentral begehbares Zimmer frei. Da ich alle meine Möbel aus dem Zimmer mitnehmen werde ist deiner Gestaltung keine Grenzen gesetzt. Um den Platz voll ausschöpfen zu können wäre vielleicht auch ein Hochbett ideal (nur ein Vorschlag ;)). Das Zimmer ist sehr hoch und zum Innenhof gerichtet, weshalb es eigentlich immer ruhig ist. Durch die Lage im Hochpaterre ist die Temperatur in der Wohnung im Sommer sehr angenehm. Im Winter brauchst du dir aber auch keine Sorgen machen, da sich das kleine Zimmer sehr schnell aufheizen kann.
Das Bad und WC sind getrennt aufgeteilt und wir besitzen Wasch - und Spülmaschine. Wir verfügen außerdem in unserer Küche über einen super schnell + gut funktionierenden Gasherd + nagelneuen Ofen +Kühl/Gefrierschrank+ Wasserkocher sowie einer kleinen Speisekammer und sind generell mit sämtlichen Kochzubehör ausgestattet.
Es gibt auch eine kleine Abstellkammer im Eingangsbereich, falls du also größere Gegenstände wie Koffer etc. nicht in deinem Zimmer unterbringst ist das kein Problem.
Die Kosten für das Zimmer pro Monat inkludieren Heizung, Strom und Internet. (300€)

I'll be moving out of my cute 11m2 "little" but cosy room in the 5th district. It will be free around the 1st of July (we can still talk about the exact date). As I am going to take all my furniture with me you can rearrange the room as you like ( a loft bed would create more room f.e.- just an idea). The walls of the room are really tall and your view from the window is located to the inner courtyard, so it's really quiet during day and night.
The bathroom and toilet are separated and we have a brand-new washing machine. In our little kitchen we also have a really nice gas stove+ fridge + a small larder and in general everything what you need to cook/bake whatever.
There is also a small store-room in the entrance hall, if you have some bigger stuff to place somewhere like luggage etc.
The complete costs per month include heating, electricity and internet. (300€)
Die Lage ist wirklich optimal und super angebunden. Der 12A Bus hält sogar direkt vor der Haustüre & nicht weit davon entfernt auch der 13A & 14A. Ansonsten erreichst du in 5 Gehminuten den Matzleinsdorfer Platz der über verschiedene Straßenbahnlinien verfügt. Wenn es mal weiter weg soll, ist der Hauptbahnhof auch in der Nähe.
Außerdem sind die Supermärkte Interspar, Billa, Hofer alle zu Fuß & in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
The flat is located really central and you can get everywhere quickly. The 12A Bus line is even stopping right in front of the house & not far from that also the 13A and 14A (which brings you in to Neubaugasse in 10 min). Apart from that the "Matzleinsdorfer Platz" is 5 minutes walking distance away, where there are many different tramlines leaving to go anywhere you want. In case you have to go somewhere further the main train station is also really close.
Peter ist 29 Jahre alt und Ir(r)e.
Lukas ist hingegen nur 21 und kommt aus Deutschland.
Beide sind Musiker, üben aber wenig und sind, falls es doch einmal vorkommen sollte, dabei sehr rücksichtsvoll.
Sie sind beide sehr tolerant und weltoffen und suchen daher jemande/n, die/der gut zu ihnen passt.
