mein großes Altabauzimmer wird ab August 2019 befristet für ein Jahr vollmöbeliert vermietet, aufgrund eines Auslandsjahres in Amsterdam.

Die Wohnung:
liegt im 5. Bezirk und ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im zweiten Stock. Die Wohnfläche beträgt insgesamt ca. 165 Quadratmeter. Es gibt keine unmittelbaren NachbarInnen da die Wohnung das ganze Stockwerk einnimmt. Sie wurde vor ca 5 Jahren komplett saniert und seitdem besteht auch die WG. Es gibt eine toll ausgestattete, große Küche mit Gasherd und einen, von dort ausgehenden,Balkon. Im Flur befinden sich große Einbauschränke in denen sich so gut wie alles verstauen lässt. Das Highlight ist wohl das gemütliche große Wohnzimmer, für alle benutzbar- mit einer großen Sitzgarnitur und einem Esstisch. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und ein weiteres kleines Bad mit Dusche und Klo. Zudem gibt es noch ein extra WC inklusive Pissoire. Der Innenhof ist ruhig, es gibt die Möglichkeit Fahrräder unterzustellen und ein Kellerabteil.


Die Wg:
besteht normalerweise aus insgesamt 5 Mitgliedern, derzeit von Simon (27) und Kata (22) bewohnt.

Die Lage:
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, da man sehr schnell in den anderen Innenbezirken ist, aber auch eine gute Verkehrsanbindung ist gegeben, sowohl mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, als auch per Rad oder Auto. Man hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der 14a und 59a fahren mehr oder weniger vor der Haustüre Richtung Neubaugasse, Bahnhof Meidling und zur Oper. Matzleinsdorferplatz und die U4 Pilgramgasse befinden sich ungefähr 8 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Zur Miete steht:
Ein vollmöbliertes Zimmer mit ungefähr 23 Quadratmetern. Schreibtisch, Sitzgarnitur, Queen-Size Bett, Kasten sowie selbstgebaute Möbelstücke (Komode, Schuhschrank, Nachtkasten) stehen dir zur Verfügung. Auch eine große Raumgroße Kork-Pinnwand kann nach deinem Geschmack gestaltet werden. Bis zu deinem Einzug werden noch alle persönlichen Sache ausgeräumt, so das nur mehr die Möbeln und diverse Wohnaccessoires bleiben.

Internet ist das einzige das nicht im Mietpreis inkludiert ist, also belaufen sich die gesamten Ausgaben auf ca 555€

Die Kaution beträgt 1000€

my large, fully furnisished romm will be available from August 2019 for a fixed-term of one year, due to a study stay in Amsterdam.

The apartment:
is located in the 5th district on the second floor of an old viennese building. The total space amounts altogether to approx. 165 square meters. There are no direct neighbours as the apartment occupies the whole floor. It was completely renovated about 5 years ago and since then it is also a shared flat of 5 peopel. There is a well equipped, large kitchen with gas stove and a balcony. In the corridor there are large built-in cupboards in which a lot of additional storage room. The highlight is probably the comfortable and large living room, usable for all - with a large seating set and a dining table. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and another small bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is also an extra toilet including urinal. The inner courtyard is quiet, there is the possibility to store bicycles and a cellar within the building.

The roomies
normally the shared flat consists of 5 members, currently inhabited by Simon (27) and Kata (22).

The location:
The apartment is centrally located, as you are very quickly in the other inner districts. You have a excellent transport connection, both by public transport, as well as by bike or car. One has all shopping possibilities in direct proximity. The 14a and 59a buses are departing towards Neubaugasse, Meidling station and the opera house more or less in front of the door..

For rent:
A fully furnished room of about 23 square meters. Desk, couch, queen-size bed, cupboard and homemade furniture (chest of drawers, shoe cupboard, bedside cabinet) are at your disposal. Also a large room-sized cork pinboard can be designed according to your taste. All other personal belongings will be cleared out so that only the furniture and other various living accessories will remain.

Internet is the only thing that is not included in the rental price, so the total expenses amount to about 555€.

The deposit is 1000€.
