As I am moving to Madrid for my Masters Degree I am renting out my fully furnished room from September 2019 until July 2020. The apartment is located centrally in the 5th district of Vienna right next to the border of the 4th district. The 21m² bright room is fully furnished and has a WLAN connection The apartment is 70m², the kitchen, storage, room, bathroom and toilet are shared with one other flatmate. Toilet and shower are separated. The apartment is equipped with everything, fitted kitchen with appliances, dishwasher, extractor, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine available, therefore you do not need to bring anything =).
You would be sharing the flat with lovely Aleksandra, who is usually open to chatting while having a coffee or a wine together in the kitchen. Aleksandra is working full-time and would be looking forward to share the flat with a clean, responsible, respectful and positive flatmate.

Da ich Wien für ein Jahr den Rücken zukehre, um in Madrid zu studieren, vermiete ich mein Zimmer von September bis Juli 2020. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Bezirk (Margareten) direkt an der Grenze zum 4.Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist 21 m² groß und die gesamte Wohnung 70m². Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und besitzt einen WLAN Anschluss. Küche, Vorratsraum, Badezimmer, Toilette sind Gemeinschaftsräume. Bad und WC sind getrennt begehbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, Einbauküche mit Geräten, Geschirrspüler, Dunstabzug, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine vorhanden, daher brauchst Du nichts mitzubringen =).
Du würdest Dir die Wohnung mit der lieben Aleksandra teilen, die zu einem gemeinsamen Plausch bei Kaffee oder Wein nicht Nein sagt. Aleksandra arbeitet Vollzeit und freut sich auf einen sauberen, respektvollen und positiven Mitbewohner.

Public transport connections are right on our doorstep. Bus 13A leaves right outside the front door. The underground station Pilgramgasse is a 5-minute walk away. Within 3-5 minutes you can reach the tram lines 1, 62 as well as the Badner-Bahn, which lead directly to the main traffic junction Karlsplatz, to metros U1, U2, U4 and many trams.
Numerous shopping facilities are right on the doorstep (Penny, Billa, Spar Gourmet). The Viennese Naschmarkt is in the immediate vicinity. Additionallly, there are many cool bars, restaurants and 2 cinemas in the neighbourhood. The Fit In and John Harris fitness centres are within short walking distance.
The TU Vienna can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, if desired. The main university of Vienna can be reached directly within 15 minutes by tram line 1.
Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. (Penny, Billa, Spar Gourmet). Die Buslinie 13A fährt direkt vor der Haustüre weg. 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die U-Bahn Station Pilgramgasse. Innerhalb von 3-5 min sind die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 62 sowie die Badner-Bahn erreichbar, die direkt zum Hauptverkehrsknotenpunkt Karlsplatz (U1,U2,U4 und vielen Straßenbahnen) führen.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor der Haustüre. Zusätzlich gibt es viele coole Bars, Restaurants und auch 2 Kinos in der Nähe Der Wiener Naschmarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Fitnesscenter Fit In und John Harris sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die TU Wien ist innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten, wenn gewünscht erreichbar. Die Hauptuniversität Wien mit der Straßenbahnlinie 1 direkt innerhalb von 15 min erreichbar.
