Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht in eine andere Stadt und ihr Zimmer wird frei!
Das Zimmer ist hell, 24m2 groß, geht auf eine ruhige Gasse raus und ist gerade ausgemalt worden. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 82m2 groß, liegt im dritten Stock (ohne Lift) ist dafür aber sehr, sehr hell und hat ganz wunderbare Ausblicke auf alte Ziegeldächer und Wolken; es gibt eine geräumige, schöne Küche mit einem gemütlichen Esstisch, ein Vorzimmer und ein WC. Das Badezimmer ist von beiden Zimmer begehbar und mit Badewanne!
Die Lage ist ganz wunderbar zentral, man ist in 6 min bei der Ubahn-Station Kettenbrückengasse und in 2 min beim Filmcasino, es gibt eine große Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Ich, Hannah, arbeite als Bühnen- und Kostümbildnerin. Ich such eine nette Mitbewohnerin mit der ich mir gern meine sehr gemütliche, ruhige Wohnung teilen würde. Ich bin relativ sauber, obwohl ich nicht so auf große Putzpläne etc. steh. Ich such jemanden, der wie ich berufstätig ist bzw. will ich sagen: mit Ausnahme von 1-2 Gelegenheiten für große Festivitäten hab ichs gern ruhig, v.a. weil diese Altbauwände halt eher hellhörig sind und ich viel arbeite. Ich koch aber sehr gerne und liebe gemeinsame Essen und Pläusche.
