We are renting out 2 fully furnished rooms in a shared flat.
The flat is an Altbau and has its perks, but it's cheap, has 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub), a living room with a nice chalk-painted door that goes into a small storage room. Plus, the location is pretty great (about 20 minute walk to Mariahilferstrasse and Karlsplatz).
We ask for a one one-off payment for some furniture for each room (loft bed, desk wardrobe, couch, 1-year old washing machine and other things we bought to make the flat look more like a home): 370€
The price 283€ includes all costs (electricity, gas, internet).

U4 Margaretengürtel and Pilgramgasse are about 10 minutes away.
The atmosphere in the flat is pretty quiet. You can have your own privacy.
