Ich würde gerne mein Zimmer für das nächste Sommersemester (Anfang Februar bis Ende Juni) zwischenvermieten. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Esstisch und Stühlen, einem Sofa, einem Kleiderschrank und mehreren Regalen. Es hat ein großes Fenster zur Straßenseite. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet mit Kochutensilien. Sie hat einen großen Kühlschrank mit großem Tiefkühlfach und einen Gasherd mit Backofen aber keinen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Bad und ein separates Klo.
Du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner Sebi wohnen. Er ist 23 und arbeitet beim Theater und studiert Europäische Ethnologie.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, 3 Gehminuten von der U4 Pilgramgasse. Auch die Buslinien 13A, 14A, 57A, 12A sind ganz in der Nähe. Außerdem ist man zu Fuß in 7 min auf der Mariahilferstraße.
Die Miete wäre 391,50 €/Monat alles inklusive. Ich würde mich über eine Email mit ein paar kurzen Infos zu dir freuen :) Bitte nicht zögern und nachfragen, wenn ich etwas vergessen habe :)

I want to rent out my room temporarily for the next summer semester (February until end of June). The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a big desk, a table and chairs, a sofa, a wardrobe and various shelves. It has a big window to the street side. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils. It has a large fridge with a large freezer and an gas-oven but no dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a separate toilet.
You will be living with my flatmate whose name is Sebi. He is 23 years old and working in theater and studying European ethnology.
The apartment is very well located. It's only 3 minutes walking to the Underground line U4 station Pilgramstraße. The bus lines 13A, 14A, 57A and 12A are in close proximity. It is also only a 7-minute walk to the Mariahilferstraße.
The rent would be 391,50€/ month all inclusive. I'm looking forward to an email from you with some personal information about you :) And don't hesitate to ask further questions if I forgot something.
