Zimmer hat ca. 18m² (Wohnfläche gesamte WG rund 100m²) und ist hell mit großen Fenstern. Großes Badezimmer (mit Dusche, Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken), voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, kleines Wohnzimmer und ein kleiner Balkon. Im Mietpreis ist bereits alles inbegriffen und du würdest die Wohnung mit zwei netten Mitbewohnern names Cecile (25) & Fabian (27) teilen.

Because I am moving over sea, I am looking for a new tenant for my room.
The room has around 18m² ( total apartment area ~100m²) and is bright with big windows. The common areas consist of a big bathroom (with shower bath tube and two sinks), small living room, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a small balcony. In the lease is everything included. You would share the apartment with the two very nice room mates Cecile (25) and Fabian (27).

Sehr gute Lage - Naschmarkt und Mariahilfer Straße, sowie U-Bahnstationen Kettenbrückengasse (U4), Karlsplatz (U4/U2/U1) und Museumsquartier (U2) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu Fuß sind auch sämtliche Lokale an der Gumpendorferstraße erreichbar, die Marihilferstraße und auch der erste Bezirk ist in Gehweite.

The apartment is at a very central location and within walking distance to the subway stations Kettenbrückengasse (U4), Karlsplatz (U4/U2/U1) und Museumsquartier (U2). Various restaurants, bars and shops along the Gumpendorferstraße, the shopping street Marihilferstraße and the first district are within walking distance as well.
Wichtig: Der Mietvertrag läuft Ende Oktober aus und wird leider nicht verlängert, deshalb kann ich das Zimmer nur bis 1. August bist 31. Oktober anbieten. Weiters muss ich meine Möbel zurücklassen und biete deshalb die folgenden Optionen an: Ich werde mich meinen Möbel entledigen und übergebe das Zimmer unmöbliert oder die Möbel können durch eine kleine Ablöse übernommen werden.

Important: The lease contract expires end of October and will not be extended. Therefore, I can only offer the room from August 1st to October 31st. I also cannot take my furniture with me, which means I offer the following two options: I will take care of the furniture and get rid of them and you will have to move in into an unfurnished room, or you can have the furniture for a small amount of money and get the room furnished.
