Hallo!
Nachdem ich ab Dezember im Ausland sein werde suchen wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in! Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Dezember, wenn nötig auch früher frei :)
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit länger zu bleiben, nur werden einige Möbel abgeholt, die derweil im Zimmer sind.
Das Zimmer ist ca 25m2 groß und sehr hell. Es hat einen Parkettboden sowie 2 neue Fenster. Die Möbel werden im Zimmer bleiben, das heißt es ist alles da was man braucht (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Sofa)
Die Wohnung ist etwas über 100m2 groß, hat eine große, neue und voll ausgestattete Küche. Im Bad gibt es eine große Eckbadewanne und eine Dusche. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger und alles was man sonst noch so braucht ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

As I’m leaving Vienna soon, we are looking for a new flat mate! The room will be free from the first of December :)
The room has about 25 m2 and is very sunny. It has a wooden floor and 2 new windows. I will leave my furniture in the room so you will have everything you need (bed, desk, wardrobe, sofa, shelves)
The flat has a little more than 100 m2 and a big, new, fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom there is a big corner bath tub and a shower. We also have a washing machine, a dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and everything else needed.
Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Bezirk. Die nächsten U-Bahn Stationen (U4 Pilgramgasse und Margaretengürtel) sind jeweils 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Man ist in etwa 10 min zu Fuß in der Mariahilferstraße (U3 Zieglergasse). Außerdem sind 57A und 12A/14A in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar und somit auch U6 und U3 super schnell erreichbar.
Da die Wohnung sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Gumpendorferstraße befindet, sind auch alle möglichen Supermärkte etc. super zu erreichen; direkt um die Ecke wurde auch gerade ein Billa fertiggestellt.
Eine tolle Joggingstrecke gibt es auch - ein kurzes Stück auf der Wienzeile ca. 20-25 Minuten bis Schloss Schönbrunn und dann ist man bereits im Schlosspark.

The flat is located in the 6th district. The nearest underground stations (U4 Pilgramgasse and Margaretengürtel) are each 5 min by foot. The Mariahilferstrasse (U3 Zieglergasse) is only 10 min by foot. Also, you can reach the 57A and 12A/14A in 5 min by foot with which you can get really quickly to the U6 and U3.
As the flat is near to the Gumendorferstraße, there are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. There is even a new billa just around the corner.
If you are very sporty, you can get to the Schönbrunn palace gardens only 20-25 min and go for a run.
In der WG leben außer mir Xaver und Johanna. Xaver studiert und arbeitet im Moment, Johanna ist Studentin auf der WU.
Wir mögen es alle gerne unkompliziert und halten nicht wirklich was von strengen Putzplänen oder ähnlichem. Außerdem kochen wir gerne und haben gemeinsam Spaß oder chillen am abend und schauen einen Film etc. :)

Your flat mates are going to be Xaver and Johanna. Xaver is working at the moment and will start his studies in autumn, Johanna is a student as well.
We are all keen on keeping everything simple and uncomplicated and don’t really like strict cleaning plans or anything. We love cooking and having fun together, chill out in the evening and watching movies etc. :)
Wir suchen eine nette, aufgeschlossene und lustige Person für unsere 3er WG und würden uns freuen wenn du uns ein paar Zeilen über dich schreibst.
