Der Preis ist "all inclusive", das heißt: mit Strom, Gas, Internet und Haushaltsversicherung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in ca. 7 Gehminuten Entfernung vom Westbahnhof, die U3 ist ebenfalls nicht weit weg, sowie der 57A. Optimal geeignet für Studenten aller Richtungen.
Zur Wohnung/Zimmer:
Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert übergeben, dafür hätte ich persönlich gerne eine Kaution in Höhe 2er Monatsmieten (900 euro sind ok).
Ansonsten ist das Zimmer 20qm groß und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Die Wohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, eine große Küche, viel Gemeinschaftsfläche und alle nötigen alltäglichen Gebrauchsgegenstände.
Außerdem werden noch 3 andere Bewohner mit dir zusammen leben;
1 Mädel und 2 Burschen (alles Studenten), die auch gerne mal beisammen sitzen und gemeinsam kochen. ;)
