Hallo Alle,
Wir, das sind Anna, Paola, Carole und Max, suchen für unsere superschöne Wohnung im 6. Bezirk neue Mitbewohner*innen. Wir sind ein durchmischtes Ensemble von Menschen zwischen 23 und 30 Jahren, die gerade ins Arbeitsleben eingestiegen sind, bzw. in den letzten Zügen ihres Studiums stecken. Nach teilweise langjährigem Zusammenleben werden uns Paola und Carole im Sommer leider verlassen. Somit hast Du die Möglichkeit im Juli bei uns einzuziehen :) Unsere lichtdurchflutete Wohnung verfügt über eine voll eingerichtete große Küche, in der wir gerne zusammen kochen und bisweilen bis in die späten Abendstunden debattieren. Des Weiteren haben wir ein 25² großes Wohnzimmer, welches auf unterschiedliche Weise genutzt werden kann. Da wir mittlerweile alle einem etwas geregelterem Alltag nachgehen, sind wir keine reine Party-WG. Somit wäre es gut, wenn Du bereits ein Paar Semester auf dem Buckel hast, bzw. ebenfalls schon arbeitest. Generell teilen wir uns viele Dinge, aber darüber können wir uns gerne nochmal unterhalten, wenn wir Dich kennenlernen. Gerne können auch zwei bereits befreundete Personen hier einziehen.
Die Wohnung in der Fillgradergasse ist super zentral gelegen und dementsprechend verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden. Die U-Bahnlinien U2, U3, U4 sind in 3-4 Gehminuten zu erreichen und es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes und Kneipen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zusätzlich verfügen wir über ein Kellerabteil, das auch zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern geeignet ist.
Die Miete beträgt warm mit allen Nebenkosten 300€.
Über eine Nachricht und ein baldiges Kennenlernen würden wir uns sehr freuen!
Das Zimmer ist auf einen Monat befristet - bis Ende Juli!

Hello everyone,
We are Anna, Paola, Lena and Max and we are looking for two new roommates for our super nice apartment in the 6th district. We are a mixed group of people - between the ages of 23 and 30 - who have just started working or are approaching the end of their studies. Unfortunately, Paola and Carole will have to leave the apartment in summer. Thus, you have the opportunity to move into one of the two available rooms from July onwards.
About the Flat: Our apartment is very luminous and has a fully equipped large kitchen in which we like to cook together and sometimes debate until late in the evening. We also have a 25 m² living room, which can be used in different ways. The flat is located in Fillgradergasse; it is very central and very well connected. The u-Bahn lines U2, U3, U4 can be reached in 3-4 minutes and there are numerous shops, cafes and pubs in the immediate proximity. In addition, we have a storage room downstairs, which can be used for parking bicycles.
Since we now all have a more or less regular schedule, we are not looking for a party animal - it would be good if you are not at the beginning of your student life, or also if you are already working. We would prefer someone who is friendly and open minded. We tend to share many things in the flat, but we can talk about it again when we get to know you.
The rent, including all utilities, is 400€.
