Nachdem mein Mitbewohner für's Doktorat nach Michigan gezogen ist, suche ich nach einen/einer neuen Mitbewohner_in!
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen der Mariahilfer Straße und der Gumpendorfer Straße in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend im 1. Stock. Es ist eine hübsche Altbauwohnung mit hohen Räumen und Türen, einem großen Vorraum und einem großen Bad (Dusche, Waschmaschine). Darüb hinaus gibt es ein eigenes kleines WC und drei gleichgroße Zimmer mit je 21 m². Eins davon ist die Wohnküche beim Vorraum direkt gerade aus. Die zwei anderen Zimmer sind vom Vorraum rechts und von der Wohnküche rechts getrennt begehbar.
Besonders nett ist auch, dass man von allen Fenstern einen direkten Blick auf Bäume hat.
Zum Westbahnhof sinds ca. 5 Minuten (Christian-Broda-Platz) und 3 Minuten zu Hofer, Billa oder Spar und auch der Maran ist gleich ums Eck. Und zur Mariahilfer Straße oder der Gumpendorfer Straße ist es dann auch nicht mehr viel weiter.
Kurz auch noch ein bisschen was zu mir: Ich bin 31 und gerade am Weg in die Selbständigkeit und engagiere mich nebenbei auch immer wieder bei (politischen) Projekten. Ich bin gerne draußen unterwegs (am Wochenende auch öfter mal auf längeren Wandertouren) und sonst auch öfter mal in einer Boulderhalle anzutreffen. Brauche aber ab und zu auch meine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Von meinem Mitbewohner gibt's auch noch ein paar Möbeln, die gerne auch genutzt werden können!
Strom, Gas, Internet und Haushaltsversicherung machen so um die 90€ aus.

After my former flatmate went to Michigan for his PhD, I'm looking for a new flatmate!
The flat is located in the 6th district, in a silent residential area between Mariahilfer Straße and Gumpendorfer Straße. It is in the second floor of an old building (Altbau) with high rooms and doors, a big bath with a big shower and a washing machine, a separate small toilet, a living area with a kitchen, and two rooms with 21 m² each.
There's a nice view on trees from every room!
It's about 5 min. to Westbahnhof (Christian-Broda-Platz) and 3 min. to Hofer, Billa or Spar and there's also a Maran (vegan supermarket) around the corner. Also, two big streets, Mariahilfer Straße und Gumpendorferstraße, with a lot of different shops and locations, are close too.
About me: I'm 31 years old and currently on my way to self-employment. Apart from that I'm often also engaged in other (political) projects. I like to be outside - on weekends also on longer hikes - and one can regularly find me in climbing/bouldering halls too.
