ich vermiete mein Zimmer, den ganzen Februar 2020, da es mich wieder in die Ferne zieht :)
Internet, Fernseher, Mitbenutzung der Küche und Bad/WC ist alles inkludiert. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und es kann natürlich auch alles benutzt werden.
Auch ein schöner Ofen ist im Zimmer, der natürlich auch benutzt werden kann.
Zusammenwohnen würdet ihr mit Margot (36 Jahre), sie arbeitet im Kunst, Kulturbereich.
Der Zeitraum kann auch gerne ein wenig variieren, aber das kann gerne individuell besprochen werden.

Hi,
I'm renting my nice, cozy room the whole of February 2020, since I'm traveling. Internet, TV, shared use of the kitchen and bath / WC are all included. The apartment is fully equipped.
Also a nice wood stove is in the room, which of course can be used. Since this summer of 2019 we have received new windows, so the apartment is also pleasantly warm in winter :)
You would live together with my dear sister. She works in culture / art and is self-employed. She is very quiet and often not in the apartment, but she does not mind if there is a little life in the apartment. If you need something you can always ask her!
Because of the exact time period you can also vary a bit, but we can clarify that individually. You can rent the room for a shorter period, then of course the price will be adjusted ;-)

Lage ist super zentral. Zu Fuss in 10min auf der Mariahilferstraße, Öffis 5-10 min entfernt. ( Pilgramgasse U4, Margarethengürtel U4, Gumpendorferstraße U6, Bus 57A)
Billa, Bipa, Spar, Apotheke jeweils 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
