Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem sich der Großteil des WG-Lebens abspielt und eine 60m2 Dachterrasse in ruhiger Lage, die wir für den nächsten Sommer begrünen werden und damit ideal zum Lernen und Chillen ist.
Wir sind eine lebhafte WG am gegenüberliegenden Spektrum von Zweck-WGs. Freunde, Couchsurfer, Lerngruppen und Musiker sind immer herzlich willkommen bei uns.
Wir kochen meistens gemeinsam, genießen Tee- und Kaffeepausen und sind mit Spielerunden, Diskussion über Gott, die Welt und Mungobohnen sowie Jamsessions für kurze oder längere Lernpausen zu begeistern.

Cozy room with pedestal bed and morning sun in shared flat with 4 other flatmates for rent from starting in mid of september.
We have a big living room, where most of the flat life takes place, as well as a quiet 60 square meter rooftop terrace. Therefor it’s the ideal place for studying and relaxing, pretty much your own private garden in Vienna. =)
We’re a very vivid flat which is open to friends, Couchsurfers, your studygroups or musician friends. We usually cook together, are tea and coffee-lovers and can be distracted easily with boardgames, discussions about god, the world or mung beans and jam sessions.
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Seitengasse gelegen unweit von Schönbrunn (perfekt zum Laufen gehen). Die Ubahnlinien U4 und U6 sowie der 10A sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir haben einen Spar, Hofer, Lidl, eine Apotheke und Mülltonnen zum Dumpstern in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Boku, Uni Wien und TU sind mit Fahrrad oder öffentlich innerhalb von 30-40 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in a silent street close to Schönbrunn, which is perfect for running. The subway lines U4 and U6 as well as the bus 10A are within walking distance.
There is a Spar, Hofer, Lidl and a pharmacy within walking distance as well as some bins for bin diving.
Boku, University of Vienna and TU can be reached within 30 to 40 minutes by bike or public transport.
Deine Mitbewohner Frederic, Sebastian, und Simeon - 18-28 Jahre jung - studieren oder arbeiten unterschiedlichstes im Bereich Global Studies und Psychologie, bishin zu Zeitgenössischer Tanzpädagogik. Wir suchen zwei neue Mitbewohner*innen.
