wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für eine 90 qm Wohnung in Meidling. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Dein Zimmer hat ca. 18 qm und ist zentral begehbar und wird unmöbiliert übergeben.
Die Miete ist 360 Euro warm (Strom/Gas/Versicherung/Internet) und 1000 Euro
Kaution.Wir sind eine eher ruhige Wg, wo jeder seinen eigenen Tagesablauf hat. Du hättest somit eine ruhige Wohnung wo jeder seine Rückzugmöglichkeiten hat. Wir sind aber keine reine Zweck- Wg, da wir Abends entweder plaudern oder was gemeinsam essen.
Gute Verkehrsbindungen: U6, U4 Meidlinger Bahnhof. Weiterhin gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Hofer und Bioladen) der Schönnbrunnerpark ist ganz in der Nähe.
