I'm renting my room in the 12. Bezirk, close to Längenfeldgasse metro station (lines U4/U6) from the 15th of September for a minimun of one year.
The flat is in the groundfloor, the room faces the building inner garden which is great for reading, sunbathing or whatever. Usually nobody uses it besides the old lady taking care of the flowers. We have two plastic chairs out here to enjoy it.
The room is fully furnished (double bed with storage space, table, chairs, mirrow, closet, bookshelves, etc.).
The flat is equiped with whasing machine, oven, bathtub and a storage room in the basement.
The rent costs 230€ per month plus internet, Nebenkosten, water, electricity and gas (usually everything is under 55€, it depends on the consumption).
There is a deposit for 675€ which you recieve back when you leave the flat.
The Ablöse for the furniture and equipment I will leave you is 150€.
A lot of supermarkets (Penny, Hoffer, Billa, Interspar) shops (Bipa, Discount shop, greengrocers, pharmacies, etc) and restaurants are in a walking distance (5 minutes).
You can reach the metro (Längenfeldgasse U4/U6) walking 5 minutes and from there you can be in Karlsplazt in 7 minutes, Schönbrunn in 4 minutes, etc. There are also a couple of bus stops very close (12A, 59A, 63A).
It is a shared flat with a 30 years old girl named Charlie and two cats. She speaks english and french and is currently learning german. We've had a very good relationship, she's kind and funny, we've made a bunch of things together but also have our privet space. She's been the best flatmate I've ever had.
Charlie is looking for a male roommate. Preferably somebody who's working.
The cleaning is shared, every other week it is your turn to clean.
The apartment is shared with two cats, Igor and Darla, they are are part of the space so they are gonna be part of your life here :)
Charlie smokes in her room. I'm not a smoker but that hasn't been an issue, she's careful.
