Hallo,
Leider werde ich in knapp einem Monat meine tolle Wg verlassen und zurück nach Deutschland ziehen.
Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß am Ende der Wohnung und sehr geräumig. Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden. Die Fenster sind neu und man hat einen echt schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Die Wohnung wird momentan ein wenig renoviert. Die Miete beträgt 360€ all inklusive :-)
Lage:
Die Wohnung ist im 12. Bezirk und sehr ruhig in einer Wohnhausanlage. Die 63A und 16A sowie Billa, Spar und Bipa sind direkt um die Ecke. Zur 62 und zum Sbahnhof Hetzendorf ist es auch nicht weit. Man braucht ca 8 Minuten bis Meidling und von da aus ist alles sehr zentral zu erreichen. Im Sommer ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Hietzinger Schwimmbad was wirklich schön ist.
WG-Leben:
Mit dir zusammen wohnen Magdalena, Juliane und Kizzu. Kizzu kommt aus Nepal und liebt es für alle zu kochen. Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweck WG also WG Abende mit ein wenig (oder bei Kizzu ein bisschen mehr) Wein sind so gut wie jede Woche. Trotzdem hat natürlich jeder seine Ruhe wenn er möchte.
