Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 Quadratmeter groß und liegt 5 Gehminuten von der U6-Station Niederhofstraße, und jeweils ca. 10 zur Meidlinger Hauptstraße (U4) und Längenfeldgasse (U4&U6) sowie vom Bahnhof Meidling entfernt. Direkt nebenan liegt der Meidlinger Markt, wo man frisches Obst und Gemüse kaufen kann oder Kaffee trinken, wenn das Wetter gut ist. Der Backshop am Markt hat länger geöffnet und verkauft leckeren Börek – auch vegetarisch! Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einer Wohnküche, ohne Aufpreis dazu bekommt man außerdem meinen Mitbewohner Eren, der ein gefürchteter Schachmeister und Experte für Gitarrensolos ist. In der Küche kann man dank der gemütlichen Bänke und des großen Tischs auch gut abends mit Freunden sitzen und essen (oder trinken). Mietpreis beläuft sich auf 380€ all inclusive und das Zimmer kann ab sofort bis Ende Mai gemietet werden. Meine Bücher, die Kommode, der Schreibtisch und mein Fernseher werden auch im Zimmer bleiben und können benutzt werden, nur nicht kaputtmachen bitte. Es gibt auch einen Waschraum mit Trockner, eine Spülmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank.

The room is about 17 square meters and is a walking distance of about 5 minutes to the U6-station Niederhofstraße and about 10 minutes of walking to Meidling Hauptstraße (U4), Längenfeldgasse (U4&U6) as well as Bahnhof Meidling (U6), to Meidling it’s more like 7 though.
In the immediate neighborhood there is the Meidling market, where you can shop for fresh fruit and vegetables or have a coffee when the weather is nice. The Turkish bakery is opened longer than the stores and has nice Börek, with or without meat. They have a small grocery selection as well.
The flat has two rooms and a nice, bright kitchen with some space to hang out and eat and drink with friends, and free of charge you will also get my roommate Eren, who is an infamous chess master and an expert for guitar solos. The rent is 380€/month and the room is available from now until the end of may. My books, the dresser, the desk and my TV will remain in the room and you can use it, just don’t break it please ;) The rest of the appliances are a washing room in the basement with a dryer, we have a dishwasher as well and a big fridge.

Hofer, Interspar und die Meidlinger Hauptstraße sowie der Meidlinger Markt bieten mehr als genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten.
Mein Mitbewohner Eren ist ein sehr netter Typ, mit dem sich die meisten Leute gleich verstehen. Wenn du Lust auf sozialen Umgang in der WG hast, wird das nicht schwierig, wenn nicht respektiert Eren das aber auch. Ich empfehle allerdings die erste Variante!
