Das Zimmer ist 14m² und schaut in die Seidengasse, die ziemlich ruhig ist. Das Zimmer ist hell, darin ist ein Tisch ( nicht der Tisch in den Bildern ) ein Office-stuhl, ein Doppelbett und ein Kleiderschrank. Das Gebäude gibt es erst seit 2007, also ist die Wohnung auch ein schöner, feiner Neubau mit Parkettboden. Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Gartenterasse mit Hollywood-Schaukel, diese ist bei schönem Wetter besonders genießbar. Wir haben ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Ledercouch- Ecke, großem Esstisch und eine anschließende offene Küche mit allem drum und dran. (Geschirr etc.) Großes Bad mit Badewanne und ein getrenntes Clo haben wir auch.
The room is 14m², has good light, looks towards Seidengasse, which is a pretty quiet street. You can keep the double-bed, the table, the office-chair and the wardrobe in it. The building was built in 2007 - so it’s really new! We have a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a nice livingroom with a big dinner table and couch + open kitchen including all the stuff you need for cooking. A separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtab. A nice terasse with a comfortable swing, where we can hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee or some drinks.
Super Anschlussmöglichkeiten;
Straßenbahnlinien 49 und 5, U-Bahn U3, Bus 13A. (Gleich nebenan haben wir einen Zielpunkt Der Spar auf der Neubaugasse und der Billa auf der Zieglergasse sind auch nur 5 Min entfernt :)
We have a supermakrt just next to us. Billa on Zieglergasse and Spar on Neubaugasse are only 5 minutes away
Wir möchten definitiv KEINE Zweck-WG. Es wäre schön, wenn man auch mal zusammen was unternehmen könnte oder einfach auf der Terasse ein Schlückchen Wein/ Bier etc. zusammen genießen könnte. Sonst wäre es natürlich angenehm, wenn es nicht zu laut und stressig Zuhause ist , da wir doch die meiste Zeit konzentriert lernen müssen.
Wir würden uns freuen von offenen, kommunikativen, unkomplizierten aber auch verantwortungsvollen Leuten zu hören.
Haustierbesitzer sind nicht erwünscht.

Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind dabei. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Kammer und für Zeug zum Verstauen auch ein Kellerabteil.
