Hey guys,
my room in the 7th district is for rent in the time from 9th - 30th of July (3 weeks).
The room is 25 square meter and in a shared-flat on the Burggasse. It will be fully furnited. The room is perfect if you are on vacation in Vienna and need a place to stay for a few weeks. Or if you are searching for long-term place to stay and need a place to live during your search. However, these are just examples. If the time frame does not completely match your plans, just tell me and we can discuss it :)

in dem Zeitraum von 9. Juli bis 30. Juli (3 Wochen) vermiete ich mein Zimmer in meiner WG im schönen, lebendigen 7. Bezirk! Die Wohnung ist ein großer, heller Altbau und befindet sich mitten auf der Burggasse. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist voll möbiliert und ist ca. 25qm groß. Das Zimmer ist perfekt für jemanden, der hier Urlaub machen möchte für ein paar Wochen. Oder wenn ihr zum Beispiel auf Wohnungssuche seid und für den Zeitraum eine Unterkunft braucht.
Sollte der Zeitraum nicht genau deinen Wünschen entsprechen können wir das besprechen. Ich bin da recht flexibel.
The 7th district is reknowned as the "Hipster" district of Vienna. Since many students live here, it is a safe and friendly neighbourhood with several cool bars, cute little cafés and nice shops. The Museumsquartier with several museums and a plaza just to hang out is right down the street. As well as the Mariahilferstraße, a popular shopping street of Vienna, which is also just 7 minutes wakling distance form our flat. The famous sightseeing points, starting with the Ring-Straße are also just a 10 minute walk away, straight down the Burggasse.
We are surrounded by means of transportations. The bus station (48A), trams (46, 49, 5) and metro stations (U6, U3, U2) are close by.
Der 7. Bezirk ist einer der Studentenbezirke Wiens und hat dementsprechend viel zu bieten! Wir sind umgeben von einigen Bars, Lokalen, Restaurants und das Museumsquartier ist direkt um die Ecke. Zahlreiche Supermärkte, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (48A, 49, 46, 5, U6, U3, U2) und die Einkaufsmeile Mariahilferstraße sind zu Fuß zu erreichen!
The room is in a shared-flat with my two flat mates Marie and Karin, who will both be present during your stay. They are very nice and friendly, but also respect your privacy and wish that you respect theirs. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to text me anytime. I will be available to help you out every day :)
Wir sind eine 3-er WG mit drei Mädels, die alle arbeiten und studieren.
The rent for the 3weeks is 280€ in total, including Wi-Fi.
There will be a deposit, which will be transferred back to you at your departure.

Die Miete beträgt 280€ für den Zeitraum. WLAN ist natürlich enthalten.
Für den Zeitraum nehme ich auch eine Kaution, die Du natürlich beim Auszug wieder zurückkriegst!
