In einer wunderschönen hellen 3er Wg in bester, ruhiger Lage wird zur Untermiete frei.
Das Zimmer hat 18 qm und ist in einer 5 Zimmer 130 qm Wohnung direkt an einem Park in einer Wohnstrasse ohne wirklichen Autoverkehr im 7. Bezirk.
Alles was man sich wünscht ist vorhanden. Große Küche mit allem Zubehör, grosses Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Großer Vorraum und ein extra Wohnzimmer. Die Mitbewohner sind zwei Burschen. Einer aus Graz , einer aus Griechenland, beide berufstätig und studenten im kreativen Bereich und sehr sehr offen und herzlich.
Jeder hat genug Platz für sich selbst und dennoch ist geselliges Zusammensein bestens möglich...
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Man hat also beides, das volle Leben der Neubaugasse und Mariahilferstraße mit allen Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck aber dennoch ein bisschen Ruhe und Zurückgezogenheit.
Verkehrsanbindungen sind Perfekt. Zwei U3 Stationen gleich ums Eck. 13a auch.

I am renting out a 18 squaremeter room in the 7.th district in a very beautiful, quiet and light filled 130 squaremeter 5 room Apartment from the beginning of July. Its a Flatshare with 2 really friendly and easy going Boys from Greece and austria working as creative professionals in Architecture, Industrial Design and Filmmaking
The apartment has everything you’ll need including wifi, electricity, a big bathroom with bathtube, washingmashine and all that stuff. In the Kitchen you’ll find loads of Coffeemashines as we all are apperntly pretty much addicted to good coffee and all the other stuff you’ll need to lead a healthy lifestyle. The Room would come fully furnished, and i’ll take out all my personal belongings so you can feel at home...
The apartment is located in a very very quiet street with no cartraffic and a park just under your window, close to neubaugasse. So you have both, the buzz of mariahilferstrasse, all the fancy accomodies of the 7th district like cool bars and grocerie stores, but also the feeling of beeing a little remote cause the street is quiet and there is a lot of green around the Flat, wich is very rare in the Center.
Subway U3 or the 13a are just around the corner.
Price would be around 433 all inclusive.
