The room is fully furnished and has it's own sink + mirror. It has light in the morning but no direct sunlight in the afternoon so it doesn't get too hot in the summer and the windows are in direction of the courtyard so it's quiet at all time. The price would be 330 euros per month and for July only half of that obviously :) The Kaution would be 100 euros, renting the room for only one month or so is also possible !
The flat is very big, we have a fully equipped kitchen and a big comfy living room as well as a bath room and an extra toilet. We are 5 people living here but 2 of the rooms have their own showers so the bathroom is never blocked!
The location is perfect, close to U3 Neubaugasse and Zieglergasse and the 13A. The Neubaugasse and Mariahilfer Straße are just around the corner so there's plenty of bars and supermarkets. Being so close to the centre, it's really easy to go anywhere, the museums quarter and ring road are just about 10- 15 minutes away by foot, as well as the Westbahnhof.
We are 5 people living here, 1 guy from Portugal and 4(with me but you would be taking my room) from Austria(1 girl and 2 guys) which means we all speak English and German witch each other. The flat has a social atmosphere but it's never too full since almost everyone is working which means there's enough privacy and it's never too loud. The living room is very spacious so in the evening sometimes people sit together for some drinks and conversations. Also the flat is very musical so musicians are very welcome :)
