Es ist 23 qm groß, verfügt über 2 große Fenster, die das Zimmer mit reichlich Sonne versorgen und in den großen Innenhof gerichtet sind. Sehr gemütlich und schön! :) Es ist möbliert mit einem weichem Doppelbett, 2 Nachttischen mit Pflanzen und Kakteen, einem Schreibtisch, einer Couch, einem Schrank und einer Kleiderstange. Es ist bereits jetzt günstiger als ich selbst zahle

I´m renting out my room, because I am traveling in the summer. My cosy room is 23 sqm big and has 2 windows, which provide you with sunlight. They are located at the backyardside, so there wont be any noise from the streets. I really like my room, cause it has some cozy and chill atmosphere. Besides that it is equipped with everything you need: a soft double size bed, two small tables next to it, a green plant/ cactuses, a couch and 2 wardrobes. Its already cheaper than I pay myself

Öffis: Thaliastraße (Gürtel U6) oder Bus und Tram, die dich zum Volkstheater (U2) in nur paar Minuten bringen straight vor der Haustüre.

the room is located in the nice 7th district. Theres a subway station (thaliastraße u6), a bus and a tram around the corner. To Volkstheater (U2) it takes you just 10 min.

Das Zimmer wird ab August bis Ende September 2022 vermietet, da ich auf Reisen bin.

Just write us a short mail with everything you want us to know, the reason why you will come to vienna and how long you are planning to stay (Or the period you want it to rent). Also it will be easier to communicate through whatsapp.
