Da ich leider ausziehe diesen Sommer und mein Zimmer frei wird, stelle ich mein Zimmer zur Vermietung als Zwischenmiete für den Sommer oder auch langfristig zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist, wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann, zweigeteilt in zwei ineinander gehende Zimmer, was die Möglichkeit bietet, eines als Schlafbereich und das andere als Arbeitsbereich einzuteilen. Es kommt sehr viel Licht rein, vor allem aber in den Morgenstunden, somit wird es auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß. Das Zimmer kann vollmöbliert vermietet werden, das heißt es gibt ein Bett, Sofa, Kleiderstange und –schrank und ein paar kleine Regale.

I am giving up my room for rent in July, since I will be moving out. The room will be available for intermediate rent for the duration of the summer or on a long-term basis. The room is very comfortable, has all the necessary furniture with a bed, a couch, a wardrobe with space for more, in case you prefer a fully furnished room. It is sort of divided into two compartments, with the option of one being the sleeping area and the other a working space. A lot of sunlight makes it very livable. Fortunately it doesn't get too hot during summer though.
Die WG ist sehr gut gelegen. Etliche Verkehrsverbindungen (U6, U3, U2, 49, 48A, 46) vor der Haustür und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung machen den Weg zur Arbeit oder in die Uni sehr enstpannt . Zu Fuß benötigt man ca 10 Min zur Mariahilferstraße oder zum Museumsquartier.
Zum Bezirk Neubau, kann man sagen, dass er alles zu bieten hat, was man sich erwünscht. Als Studentenbezirk gibt es hier diverse Bars, Lokale, Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine lebendige Atmosphäre.
Our flat's location is perfect for living in Vienna, as it has several public transport connections (U6, U3, U2, 49, 48A, 46) in close vicinity. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the Mariahilferstraße, museums district and about 15 minutes to the Westbahnhof, by foot.
The district Neubau, is one of the lively student districts in Vienna, with several bars, restaurants, shops and other localities and its vibrant atmosphere makes it very livable, which my past 5 years living here have proven.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner Leslie (25, Medizinstudentin), Kilian (28, Turnusarzt) und ich (Carl, 26, Biologiestudent) haben ein offenes, fröhliches WG Leben geführt. Mal haben wir etwas gemeinsam unternommen, abends beim Bier in der Küche gesessen oder gemeinsam Eis essen, und mal hat man sich zurückgezogen wenn man seine Ruhe braucht. Alles in allem haben wir uns alle sehr gut verstanden und würden uns freuen, wenn jemand meinen Platz einnimmt!
Was die Wohnung angeht wird es für Menschen, die bisher in einer WG gewohnt haben, keine Überraschungen geben. Es gibt die gemeinsame Küche (einziger Ort, wo geraucht wird), Bad und WC. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen Balkon, der wir uns mit der Nachbar-WG teilen
My two room mates (Leslie, studies medicine, 25 years old and Kilian, medical doctor, 28 years old) and me (26 years old, studies biology) were friends and had a good time together in the past few years. Concerning the flat, we have Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dish washer. We also have a balcony, which can be co-used with the neighbors.
