Da ich momentan im Ausland bin und erst Anfang März nach Wien zurückkomme vermiete ich mein Zimmer für Februar.
Das freie Zimmer liegt Richtung Südwesten, sodass ab Mittags die Sonne über zwei schöne Altbaufenster ins Zimmer scheint und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt: Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Kleiderständer ecc.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr geräumig und hat neben einem Vorzimmer noch ein Kleines Kabinett welches bisher noch nicht so recht seine Bestimmung gefunden hat, aber schon als Gästezimmer gedient hat.

The free room is located southwest, so from noon the sun shines through two beautiful old windows into the room which is equipped with everything your heart desires: bed, dresser, desk, clothes rack ecc.
The apartment is very spacious and has additionally to the hall a small cabinet which has not quite found its purpose, but has already served as a guest room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7 Bezirk. Der 7 Bezirk ist super zentral gelegen und super für Studenten! Es gibt es eine endlose Auswahl an coolen Restaurants und Bars im Bezirk. Außerdem gibt es eine super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Du bist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu fuß an der U6 Thaliastraße. Direkt unter dem Haus hält die 5er Tram welche dich zum Westbahnhof oder an den Prater bringt. Auch 46, 49, und 48A sind nicht weit.
Die Auswahl der Supermärkte ist ziemlich facettenreich. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du BILLA, Hofer, Spar und einen denn’s Biomarkt.
The apartment is located in the 7 district. The 7 district is super central and great for students! There is an endless choice of cool restaurants and bars in the district. There is also a great connection to public transport. Within 5 minutes walking distance you are at U6 Thaliastraße. Also in front of the house stops the 5 which brings you to the Westbahnhof or to the Prater. Also 46, 49, and 48A are not far. The selection of supermarkets is quite diverse. In the immediate vicinity you will find BILLA, Hofer, Spar and denn’s biomarket.
In der WG werden mit dir leben: Karo (24) und Richard (26)
Richard macht gerade seinen Master an der Boku und Karo arbeitet im Vertrieb.
Generell sind wir gesellige Menschen und viel unterwegs, aber bisher saßen wir gerne auch mal in der Küche und trinken Kaffee oder ein Bier zusammen, laden Freunde ein und gehen abends aus.

Richard is just about to finish his masters at the Boku and Karoline is working. Both are still studying.
Generally, we are sociable people and a lot outside, but so far we liked to sit in the kitchen and drink coffee or a beer together, invite friends and go out in the evening.
Da wir in der WG einige Investitionen getätigt haben und vieles relativ neu ist frage ich nach einer Kaution von 300€, die du natürlich bei Auszug wieder erhältst insofern du alles ordentlich zurücklässt.
Since we recently invested a bit of time and money in the flat to make it as it is now i ask for a deposit of 300€.
