Leider muss Philip arbeitsbedingt unsere wunderschöne Wohnung verlassen. Daher suchen wir ab 1. Septmber (oder auch gerne früher) eine(n) liebe(n) Nachmieter(in) für sein Zimmer (ca. 24 m2) in einer 2er WG im 7. Bezirk. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 75 m2 groß und besteht aus:
- Deinem Zimmer (hell, Sonne, Blick auf die grünen Bäume vor unserer Haustür und schickem Kachelofen)
- Zimmer deines zukünftigen Mitbewohners
- Großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 24 m2, normale Couch, Schalfcouch, Esstisch + 4 Stühle)
- Küche mit Spülmaschine und Küchentisch inkl. 3 Barstühle
- Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine und separatem WC
- Hausflur mit Abstellkammer sowie Kellerabteil
Die Miete beträgt 613€ inkl. Strom und Gas und Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 1460€. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind voll möbliert. Hierfür würde Philip gerne eine Ablöse von 250€ verlangen.
Diese beinhaltet: 2 Sofas, Küchenutensilien, Küchentisch mit 3 Barstühlen, 2 Schränke, 1 Wohnzimmertisch mit 4 Stühlen, 1 Waschmaschine, 1 Spülmaschine, fancy Lampen in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer

Unfortunately, Philip leaves the flat to work in Munich. As of September 1st (or earlier), his room (approx. 24m2) will be available in a 2-bedroom flat (+ living room) in the 7th district. The flat is in total 75m2 and includes:
- Your room (bright and sunny with view of the trees in front and a fancy tiled stove)
- Room of your future flat mate
- Big living room (approx. 24m2, normal couch, sleeping couch, dinner table + 4 chairs)
- Kitchen incl. dishwasher and kitchen table with 3 bar stools
- There is an extra storage room on our floor and one in the cellar
Rent totals 613€ incl. electricity, heating and internet. The deposit is 1460€. The shared rooms are fully furnished. Philip asks 250€ for his share in buying the furniture, which includes: 2 sofas, kitchen appliances, kitchen table incl. 3 bar stools, 2 kitchen racks, 1 dinner table incl. 4 chairs, 1 washing machine, 1 dish washer, fancy lamps in living and bedroom
Die Wohnung liegt im 7.Bezirk. einem der schönsten Viertel von Wien. Es gibt viele Bars, Restaurants und Fastfoods. In nur 2 Minuten Gehweg findest du einen Hoffer und Billa. Außerdem fährt hier direkt die Straßenbahn 5 und 46. Du brauchst nur 2 Minuten um in die U6 Thaliastrasse einzusteigen.

The flat is in the 7th district, one of the most beautiful areas in Vienna. There are numerous bars, restaurants and fast food outlets close by. Hofer and Billa are only 2 minutes on foot away. Tram 5 and 46 leave just around the corner and U6 Thaliastrasse is also only 2 minutes away on foot.
Die WG ist definitiv keine Zweck- WG, es herrscht eine super Stimmung. Du solltest zwischen 24 und 35 Jahre alt sein und deine wilden Partyjahre hinter dir haben.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner, Max 26, promoviert und arbeitet auf der Wirtschaftsuni, macht gerne Sport und ist viel unterwegs. Mehr beim persönlichen Kennenlernen!
