Das Zimmer ist zirka 20m2 groß und liegt hinterhöfig (schöner heller und grüner Hinterhof).
und es gibt noch einen zirka 5m2 begehbaren Kleiderschrank/Abstellkammer das direkt am Zimmer dranhängt.
Ich hinterlasse ein etwas erhöhtes doppel-Bett gestellt unter dem man perfekt Sachen verstauen kann, eine kleine Kommode und ein größeres Regal.

Zum Bus 48a ein paar Minuten, zur U6 Urban Loritz Platz 5 Minuten, zur U3 Zieglergasse 5-10 Minuten wenn man langsam geht. Es fahren ebenfalls einige Trams in unter 5 Minuten gehreichweite.
Einkaufstechnisch gibt es die Mariahilferstrasse (Wiens größte Einkaufstrasse) in Gehreichweite, aber generell ist das Grätzel eher gemütlicher aber belebt mit ein paar Secondhandshops, Plattenläden, Cafés Bars etc. neben einem Markt der wöchentlich stattfindet gibt es natürlich auch Supermärkte bzw einen Spar der fast gegenüber von der Wohnung liegt und Billa und Hofer ebenfalls in Gehreichweite.

take you everywhere important.
+ The city's most beautiful shopping boulevard "Mariahilferstrasse", nice coffee places & restaurants (loved by locals) are nearby. You will really be located at the heart of everything, but the street is still quite for people who like to leave the windows open ;)
Es ist oft jemand da in der Wohnung, allerdings hängt das natürlich immer von Tageszeit und Tag ab. Generell haben wir uns alles sehr gern und verbringen viel Zeit miteinander, aber es gibt keinen Zwang aufeinander zu hocken, da dann jeder doch recht viel zu tun hat. Auf ein Pläuschen, Kaffee oder Wein geht sichs fast immer aus.
Wenn man Ruhe braucht kann man die Zimmertür ohne schlechtes Gewissen auch zumachen.
Es gibt eine große Küche in der man gut kochen kann, einen Wohnbereich in dem man gerne mit dem Beamer Filme anschauen kann, ein großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche und natürlich einem getrenntem Klo.

Das Zimmer wird vorerst ab August bis Juni 2019 vermietet da der Mietvertrag eventuel aufgelöst wird (Rückmeldung diesbezüglich kriegen wir im laufe der nächsten Wochen), allerdings stehen die Chancen gut dass unser Mietvertrag verlängert wird.

The place will be rentend out from August to June 2019 as our contract with the landlord is going until then. We are waiting for the feedback from our landlord to know if we can stay in the flat, the probability that we can stay is quite high.
