There are two rooms available from 1st May in this cozy 3-person apartment! The living space features an open living room with a modern kitchen, and each room is a comfortable 13sqm in size. There is a spacious balcony on the 7th floor with separate access from each room, offering an amazing eastward view. As an added bonus, there's a rooftop sauna overlooking the Prater, and the building provides convenient amenities such as a laundry room and a bike garage. The rooms are not furnished.
The home is in the charming and accessible 2nd district, just a short 10-minute walk to U1 Vorgartenstrasse. Excellent connectivity is provided by the U1 as well as various tram lines, all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The Danube is just 5-minutes away, perfect for relaxing afternoons and swimming in summer!
Hi there! I am Leonardo (31), an Italian software designer who moved to Vienna two years ago and immediately fell in love with this city, currently looking for two new flatmates. Some things I like: cooking and hosting nice dinners (family recipes will be shared), playing boardgames (I own a decently sized collection of both casual and very nerdy ones), going to the gym (anyone looking for a gym buddy?), brewing coffee (happy to share with my flatmates all my equipment), listening to a lot of music and podcasts (alternative rock playlists while cooking dinner are a classic).
