Hi, wir sind Jovina (34 sie/ihr), Lorenz (32 er/ihm) und Lia (28 sie/ihr) und suchen 1 Person für die Gründung einer Haus-WG! Es gibt einen richtig schönen Garten mit Feuerstelle, Pool, viel Gemüse, einer Garage zum Werken/Basteln und sogar einen kleinen Hühnerverschlag! Also ganz viel Platz uns auszuleben 😊
Das Haus erstreckt sich über 3 Ebenen:
EG: Eingangsbereich, Toilette/Bad und Waschküche/Werkstatt/Abstellkammer.
1.Stock: 1 Schlafzimmer (12m²), 1 Wohnzimmer, Bad/Toilette, Küche
2.Stock: 2 Schlafzimmer (13m², 16m²)
Frei wird ein Zimmer im 1. Stock (12m², ca. 590€ all incl.)
Aktuell lebt in dem Haus eine andere WG, die sich bis Ende Oktober auflösen wird. Wir sind momentan in Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung, es wird jedoch frühestens nach der Übergabe durch die alten Mieter:innen ein neuer Vertrag aufgesetzt. Deshalb können wir noch nicht zu 100% sagen, wann wir genau einziehen können und wie viel der Preis sich noch ändern wird.

Hi, we are Jovina (34 she/her), Lorenz (32 he/him) and Lia (28 she/her) and we are looking for 2 people to start a house-share in the 16th district! There's a really nice garden with a fireplace, pool, lots of vegetables, a garage for working/crafting and even a small chicken coop! So lots of space for us and our creativity 😊
Hard facts:
The house extends over 3 levels:
Ground floor: entrance area, toilet/bath and laundry/workshop/storage room.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (12m²), 1 living room, bathroom/toilet, kitchen.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (13m², 16m²)
One room on the 1st floor (12m², ca. 590€ all incl.) is vacant.
Currently there is another flat-share living in the house, which will be dissolved by the end of October. We are currently in contact with the property management, but a new contract will be drawn up at the earliest after the handover by the old tenants. Therefore, we cannot yet say 100% when exactly we can move in and how much the price will change.
Das Haus befindet sich im 16. Bezirk, gleich beim Ottakringer Schwimmbad (noch bevor es bergauf zu den Steinhofgründen geht). Die Lage ist für ein Haus mit Garten echt zentral! Mit dem Rad ist man super schnell in der Innenstadt, aber auch öffentlich in nur 20-30min. In 4-10 min Gehweite befinden sich der 51A (15min nach U4 Hitzing), 48A und 46 A und B (8min nach U3 Ottakring). Im Wiener Wald oder bei den Steinhofgründen ist man in 10min zu Fuß.

The house is located in the 16th district, right next to the Ottakringer baths (before it goes uphill to the Steinhofgründe). The location is really central for a house with a garden! You can get to the city centre very quickly by bike, but also by public transport in only 20-30 minutes. Within 4-10 min walking distance are the 51A (15min to U4 Hitzing), 48A and 46 A and B (8min to U3 Ottakring). The Wiener Wald or the Steinhofgründe are only a 10-minute walk away.
Es kann sein, dass wir uns nächstes Jahr nach einem Hund umsehen, deshalb wäre jemand mit Tierhaarallergie leider nicht passend.
