The room is located in a relaxed and green area of Vienna, but nicely connected to the university campus and city center with the U3 (station Kendlerstraße is 1 min away from the building). There are both a grocery store and a pharmacy right next to the place. For those who like sports, there is a gym closeby and also the beautiful park of Schloss Schönbrunn is easily reachable.
The room of approx 11 m2 is fully furnished and comes with a separate small room for clothes and other belongings. The living room is very large and filled with light, there is a big kitchen and a comfortable bathroom including a bathtub. The whole space is meant to be used by both me and you so even though the room might be a little bit small, there is more working and relaxing space in the rest of the apartment. There is a big balcony with flowers.
My amazing roommate Kajetana is leaving for the summer unfortunately, so we'd like to rent out her room. My name is Nina, I am a law student and will do an internship in July, so I'm looking forward to many after-work drinks on the balcony. The room definitely is ideal for anyone coming to Vienna for a summer internship or summer school, internationals are always very much appreciated in our home.
