Hallo,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer für Februar unter. Das Zimmer hat 10qm und ist sehr hell und ruhig gelegen. Gleich daneben haben wir ein noch größeres Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Schlafcouch. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (sogar mit Geschirrspüler). Besonders toll an der Wonung find ich persönlich auch die Lage, ob man Kaffee trinkt am Yppenplatz oder sich am Basarflair des Brunnenmarktes erfreut, beides ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zwei Straßenbahnlinien sind gleich um die Ecke und Supermarktauswahl ist reichlich gegeben. Auch die U-Bahn ist nur etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Ich bin fast den ganzen Februar nicht da, also ist die Wohnung im Grunde leer. Wenn du also auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Zimmer für Februar bist, melde dich. Ich bin normal immer am Handy erreichbar und schau jeden Tag in meine Mails.
