I am looking for a replacement for my room in a 3er WG starting March 1st or 15th. unlimited/unbefristet, but we can also consider short term, and the room will be UNFURNISHED but I can leave a double mattress for use while you get sorted. The room is 15m2 with high ceilings in a renovated 86m2 altbau, Mezzanine floor, and the flat has a huge balcony, perfect for summer bbqs! The kitchen is fully furnished + washing machine, and there are 2 bathrooms.
It's near U3 Ottakring and Tram 2 Sandleitengasse? Romergasse.
2 seconds away is Hofer, a bit further is Billa, Interspar, Kika, lots of other special interest shops
Very close to Kongresspark as well, very nice with the open pool in summer
You can also easily go up to the Wilhelminenberg with lots of beautiful wallking trails and scenary
The flatmates are 2 Austrian ladies in their mid-twenties and speak fluent English as well. Veronika is 25 and a music student (nearly finished!) and teacher, and Sarah works in sales. I have really loved living with them, they are really kind and always happy to share some wine and have a chat. The neighbours are all also very nice, and I have felt very welcome in the community even though I barely speak german :)
Please let me know if youre interested and we can arrange a visit or skype call asap! I am moving into a new flat on March 1st so my preference would be to have someone move here also for March 1st or 15th! Just write me and we can figure out the best solution.
