Hallo!
Wir sind eine 4er WG und haben ein freies Zimmer von 9. März bis Ende April. Bett und Schrank sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonette im Dachgeschoss eines Neubauhauses mit Lift und ist daher sehr sonnig.
Das betreffende Zimmer ist sehr groß (ca. 29m² und westseitig ausgerichtet). Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1.
Dachgeschoss. Alle anderen Zimmer sind im 2. DG.
Wir haben 2 getrennte WCs, ein Badezimmer, Küche und Abstellraum. Ein Internetanschluss ist natürlich
vorhanden
Die Lage ist sehr gut (Weißgasse im 17. Bezirk). Die
Strassenbahnhaltestelle 44 ist nur 150m entfernt (in ca.
15min ist man mit der Linie 44 am Schottentor bzw. Hauptuni).
In 10 Gehminuten erreicht man die nächste U6 Station am Gürtel. Gürtellokale wie Chelsea oder Riz sind also
nicht weit. Der beliebte Yppenplatz liegt noch näher. Wir sind eine bunt gemischte und nette 4er WG.
Derzeit wohnen hier: Südtiroler, Spanierin, Italienerin.
2 Berufstätige und eine Studentin bleiben. Die Berufstätigen sind untertags außer Haus. In der Wohnung werden keine Partys gefeiert. Es ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Wir gehen aber am Wochenende gerne fort.
In der Wohnung ist es grundsätzlich auch sehr sauber. Um dies aufrechtzuhalten haben wir eine Putzplan, der auch gut funktioniert.
Willkommen sind also StudentInnen als auch Berufstätige.
