Hallo zusammen,
ich suche jemanden für eine "Zwischenmiete" von 04.07.2018 bis 01.08.2018. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß im 1160 Wien, sehr ruhig, da zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Ausserdem sehr hell. Mit Parkettboden.
Die Miete ist 260€.
Lage Die Wohnung ist 4min von der U3 Station Ottakring entfernt und ist auch über die Linien S45, 46, 44 und 10a erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt's viele Nahversorger (Billa, Spar, Lidl, Bipa etc.) Für Erholungszwecke sind der Wilhelminenberg und die Steinhofgründe gut erreichbar (Joggen, Spazieren). In der Gegend gibt's ausserdem viele gute Lokale (Chinese, Italiener,…).
