Für unsere wundervolle und gemütliche Dachgeschoss Wohnung im 16. Bezirk Wiens suchen wir eine/n ZwischenmieterIn für (idealerweise) 7 Monate (Anfang Februar bis Ende August).
Bewohnen könntest du für 450€ ein möbliertes circa 10m² Zimmer, eine geräumige Wohnküche (~ 45m²), Bad & separates Klo sowie einen herrlichen südseitigen Balkon mit Blick in den weitläufigen Innenhof. Als wäre dies nicht schon genug, darfst du während der 7 Monate mit zwei äußerst lieben MedizinstudentInnen (Oliver, 30 & Julia, 26) zusammen wohnen, lachen, weinen, kochen, Sprachen lernen (deutsch, bayerisch, badisch), putzen oder auch ignorieren, falls du gerade keine Lust auf Gesellschaft hast ;).
Was wir nicht suchen: Nikotinsüchtige (Nichtraucher-WG!) Partytiger, die ihre Zeit in Wien zu einer durchgehend „berauschenden“ Erfahrung machen möchten
Was wir suchen: Freundliche, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeiten mit Sinn für Gemeinschaft und einem Mindestbedürfnis nach Reinlichkeit

Dear room-searching people,
We are looking for an interim flat-mate for our cosy & lovely top floor apartment in the 16th district of Vienna from (ideally) beginning of february to end of august (7 months).
For 450€ you would be using & living in an furnished approximately 10m² room, a spacious living room (~45m²) with open kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and a wonderful south-sided balcony with a view over the inner courtyard. As if this is not already enough, in addition to all of this you get to live, laugh, cry, cook, learn foreign languages (german, bavarian), clean or even ignore (if you’re not in the mood for company) with two very lovely medicin-students (Oliver, 30 & Julia, 26).
What we are not looking for: Nicotine-addicted (Nonsmoker apartment!) party-tigers, who want to spend their time in Vienna as a continuous serie of “intoxicating” experiences
What we are looking for: Friendly, open-minded personalities with a sense for fellowship and a minimum need for cleanliness
What else we have to offer: Room furniture (2x shelves, 1x writing desk, 1x bed with 1.2m mattress), consult & advice in medical matters, a feeling of being at home, a HD-video projector with canvas, a biiiiiiig couch…
