Ich suche eine_n Nachmieter_in für mein Zimmer in einer angesagten, hübschen Wohngegend in der Nähe von Yppenplatz/Brunnenmarkt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber viele Lokale, der Markt, Supermärkte, Bäckerei und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Straßenbahn 46 und 44, U6) sind in 5-10min Fußdistanz zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 10m2 groß und sehr hell. Es gibt eine direkte Tür auf unsere wunderschöne Terasse. Wir teilen außerdem eine sehr große Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und ein Bad mit WC. Das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin ist ca. 15m2 groß und die gesamte Wohnung hat 72m2. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gepflegt.
Der derzeitige Vertrag läuft bis 2021. Es ist aber auch möglich, das Zimmer nur bis Ende Juni 2019 zu mieten!
